Arrived around midnight after delayed flight from WizzAir. Check in was quick, in fact too quick. We were shown no direction to our room whatsoever and consequently were wandering around the wrong block for 30 minutes. Back to reception, who apologised and pointed us in the right direction. Once we got to our room, it had not been touched since whoever left last! Back to reception, who again, apologised. This is not going well. Waited over an hour for them to find another room.Room was fine, once allocated. Terrible view over the back of the hotel! Unkempt and in need of some serious maintenance. Not to worry. Crack on. First evening meal was awful. No food was labelled. Chicken? Pork? Beef? Road kill? Absolutely no idea! Really cheap cuts whatever it was! Ate chips and and bread for 2 nights, before abandoning the food and eating out.Drinks were weak, but fine. With 3 days to go the management thought it would be a good idea to let the first floor out to a party of 30 plus Turkish school kids aged around 8. Each shared a room with their mates and no adult in the room. They had a room at the end of the corridor. Carnage. Total carnage. Kids knocking on doors, screaming, shouting and running between rooms! Manager, apologised again! Nothing changed! Cleaning, never happened until our 6 th night! Terrible. Had to beg for towels and toilet rolls. Sack the lot of them! The redeeming factor of this place is the bar staff, really friendly! Reception just apologise for everything. Just speak to the manager instead, at least she seems to try and get things done! Saying all this, it was a cheap deal and you get what you pay for! It wasn’t cheap when you take into account having to eat out everyday. This hotel only caters really, for the Eastern European people that are here. In fact the whole place. They put nothing back into the resort itself and carry their all inclusive drinks with them, wherever they go. Really need some more flights from the uk to get the restaurants and bars busy, all of which are empty. Shame, could be great here.

No staff available to help with the luggage on arrival at the hotel and we were left struggling to find our own way to where the room was located. The swimming pool wasn't very clean and the sunbeds did not have mattresses so were very uncomfortable. Pool towels were not available either. The food was palatable but not hot and food was plated up by members of staff. Also there was no air conditioning or wifi as advertised. WiFi only in the main reception area and the room was too hot for comfort. The most disappointing part of my stay at Estreya Palace was finding that someone had let themselves into my room as I went to breakfast on the last day of my holiday, and stolen several items including my jewellery. Be careful what you leave out and make sure that any valuables are kept locked away or in a safe.
