I always enjoy my stay here. The hotel is connected to the airport terminal by a walkway so it's easy to get to and from the airport. The room is big and the hotel is clean. The staff can speak English and are very helpful. I got a free room upgrade when I checked in. The view from the room is interesting as you can see the planes taking off. The room has good sound proofing, so the sound of the airplanes taking off is very minimal. Rooms come fully equipped with toiletries. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Great place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable. however the room service food isnt so great. Can be improve in the future. Will repeat if visiting the town again.

View from the hotel is spectacular. Location is just perfect that sou Cheng li is just right across, and wanda plaza is connected underground. Staff was so kind as well. Highly recommended!

It was a very satisfying stay overall. The staff were friendly and responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. Thanks to Liu and Ding, I was able to stay very comfortably. I really appreciate their help. Location – The location is very convenient. It’s within about a 10-minute walk to Wanxiangcheng and around 5 minutes to May Fourth Square. It was also easy to catch a taxi right in front of the hotel. Room – The room was spacious and apartment-style, which makes it a great option for stays longer than one night. It was clean, and the slippers were replaced daily. The refrigerator was large, and having a separate living room makes it especially suitable for families. The only minor downside was that the bathroom shower head was quite small and a bit inconvenient to use. I brought a portable shower head, which worked well for me. And the hair dryier was not that good. Overall, it was a very satisfying place to stay. I had a great experience.

This hotel offers an unbeatable location, just a 10-minute drive from Jinan Airport with a free airport shuttle service. The convenient laundry service and thoughtful robot delivery add great convenience to the stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel totally at home. It was the best accommodation experience during my entire trip in Jinan, and I will definitely choose it again next time.

In general this is a nice hotel. Clean room, good food for breakfast. The only inconvenience - it was really cold all the time at the hotel lobby as well as in the breakfast zone on the second floor. I was there in the middle of November, it was +5 degrees C outside, and it seems as if the public zones of the hotel do not have any heating facilities.
