The apartment is awesome, very big, adorable view, clean and …. bathtub🛁with ocean view. Also there is a kitchen with the stove, fridge and washing machine which can be very useful, especially when you travel with your family. But we didn’t use them because for breakfast we went to the hotel’s restaurant and ate delicious buffet. The hosting staff can speak English and very helpful. And no doubt-the location is the greatest advantage of this apartment. 4-5 minutes and the sea 🌊 Wow😍

All good except the staff is unwilling to assist in booking taxi, as the app requires Wechat pay, but we don't have. We ask the staff to help in booking, the staff insisted that they cannot have monetary involvement with guest. While I recognize the importance of following the rules, however it must see what kind of thing to follow. I don't think assist guest in taxi booking is a big big problem.

Very near to airport, easy to find restaurants, Starbucks and convenience store. The room was very hot like no air conditioning even I switched on and set the temperature at 18 degrees Celsius. There is no refrigerator inside the room , hope can add one. The TV remote control did not work well.

A very good recently-refurbished hotel in a very good location downtown Qingdao. Cleanliness is top notch. I like the in-room coffee filter and complimentary snacks and minibar. There's also a cafe/bar lounge in the lobby, good for hangout after a short walk from 4th May square / promenade. My complain is that the delivery robot takes up so much space in the elevator, and it's quite frequent in delivering stuff to the guest's roooms. I once have to wait for 10 minutes just to get down from 7th floor to the lobby because only 2 out of 3 elevators are working at that time, and during that 10-minute period the elevator is always full (my assumption is that the robot takes up the space :). But overall the hotel feels very new, hence very clean and neat. I hope by the time I write this the hotel management already can have a solution for elevator waiting time.

A great place to stay. Always feel welcome here. You can relax, but the lobby is always so busy. It's conveniently located, close to lots of important landmarks. We only discovered how convenient it was after the first night. It was a pleasure coming back via the metro.

I really enjoyed the night in this hotel. The service is awesome, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. Moreover, we were pleased to get some Christmas gifts from the hotel.

the location is best. you get to the hotel right at subway exit, across Shangri-la hotel and you can walk to Qingdao landmark in just 10 mins. the room was huge and nice and clean. the bathroom was separated into bathtub, shower room and toilet. it's a shame that we could only stay for a night and missed breakfast.

Came to visit during low season, hotel price is reasonable. The hotel is nice, great view, all staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially my room manager ike 小張, who provided excellent services and made my stay very pleasant. Breakfast has a wide range of selection. Hotel is right next to one of the beaches, and is about 10-20mins drive from most famous sightseeing areas and qingdao railway station. Hotel also offered a complementary ticket for the sky observation at the next door building, it is quite interesting and worth a go.

I was so satisfied during my stays in Holiday in Qingdao City Center. The hotel was located right next to the subway station, so it was easy to go anywhere, and also, it is near the tourist spots, so you can take a taxi with the low cost to brewery musium, night market, Zhanqiao Pier, and so on. And the best part of the hotel would be its kind staff; especially ”Jason”, he helped me a lot when I was sick and went to emergency room. He helped me to be treated by the doctor at midnight; registering to the hospital, translating doctor's comments, and guiding me to the right place for the treatment for hours. I am so sorry that I could not express well how I was appreciated to him at that time because I was too sick. I hope all the staff at the hotel would be on a roll this new year.

這家酒店真的太貼心了，房間佈置簡單大方，特別乾淨，睡得特別踏實。服務員就跟自家鄰居似的，熱情又實在，還給我推薦附近好吃的小飯館，簡直是活地圖。早餐也不花哨，粥、饅頭、小菜全是地道的味兒，吃着特別有滿足感。簡直不要太方便！以後來這邊肯定還選童！

價格合理，服務卻一點不打折。房間寬敞明亮，衞生無可挑剔，前台服務態度非常好，入住流程快捷。房間安靜整潔，設施齊全，整體感覺非常舒適 童下次還會再來

A nice place to stay while waiting for your flight. Though it is in a secluded area but with many hotels around as well. There are only few options if you're looking for restaurants or else go ride a taxi. Staff service is nice. There is a free shuttle bus to take you to the airport.

Near Jinan station, easy access public bus. But big problem is ”not easy to take elevator to reach Hotel floor”, only 2 elevator with other floor offices. Normally to taking elevator, you have to wait for 5 minutes more.

Saya mau menyampaikan betapa bahagianya saya menginap disini dan menginap disini sungguh sangat berkesan. Lokasinya sangat tepat untuk daerah industri di Jinan, partner bisnis saya tidak terlalu jauh dalam menjemput saya ke pabrik mereka. Hotel ini sangatlah sempurna, walaupun tidak berada di tengah kota Jinan, saya pikir hotel ini adalah yang terbaik di segala hal. Pada hari pertama saya sampai hotel saya langsung ditolong untuk membawa barang bagasi saya, pelayan resepsionis sangatlah baik dan ramah. Bagi saya, pelayanan di hotel ini melebihi pelayanan hotel bintang 5. Pada lantai pertama mulai dari Lobby hotel, Layanan resepsionis, Ruang Laundry dan Gym sangatlah bagus. Kemudian, lantai 2 terdapat Restaurant untuk sarapan dan Garden sky. Makanannya sangat enak dan bervariasi. Saya menginap di lantai 3, suasananya sangat indah dan terdapat kursi duduk di tengah koridor. Duduk disitu sangatlah tenang dan nyaman. Kamarnya menurut saya luas dan sangat bersih, tapi yang paling utama adalah kecanggihan didalam kamar ini, sangat canggih dan mewah. Saya sangat suka dengan segala fasilitas yang dimiliki kamar ini, termasuk tempat tidur dan bantal yang sangat nyaman. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman saya menginap disini sangatlah berkesan dan saya betah untuk tinggal berlama lama disini. Terakhir, saya mau menyampaikan salam hangat saya dan terima kasih sebanyak banyaknya buat nyonya Zhao Tong. Dia dan partnernya sangatlah ramah dan sangat membantu saya. I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

I loved everything about this hotel. Automated curtains, heated toilet seats, fresh towels and big shower heads. I don’t have kids but I loved to see that there’s a play area for kids that is sound proof. Breakfast is ok, typical Chinese breakfast. The staff is very friendly, including housekeeping staff. The only downside was that I came back at 4pm (having left at 8:30am) and my room was still not made. Housekeeping did knock shortly after that to clean up but I thought that’s too late in the day. They did apologize though. I’d deft stay here again. There’s a beautiful park right across the hotel and it’s 10min walk to Daming Lake. There are many Western restaurants and shopping malls in the vicinity.

The hotel room was classy and comfortable, and the service was superb. I only wanted to go sightseeing at a few places, and the ladies at the front desk gave me very clear directions using public transportation. Mission accomplished!!

The hotel is located right inside the famous Da Ming Hu. You need to wait for the hotel to pick you up from the carpark and the hotel will send a caddy to pick you up. It’s also easy to just walk out to the Main Street which is only 5 minutes walk and you will be in city centre with food and show around. The view of hotel room is amazing if you book a Lakeview room. It was my 9 year old daughter’s favorite because every morning she wakes up and can see how the huge birds catch fish from the lake. It’s like you are in a zoo. The room is reasonably clean but a little bit worn out and a little bit small for the standard room. So the hotel videos are a bit of an exaggeration. But overall we love the location and view of the room and we would highly recommend for first time visitors to book a hotel with a view of the beautiful lake.

It’s 10 minutes walk from the checkout point of QingDao JiaoDong Airport. Very spacious room with all necessary amenities, I particularly enjoy the bath tub which the hotel also provided the bath salt. The hotel room facing airport, which I enjoy watching the sunrise straight from my bed. Breakfast was full of variety and delicious. The restaurant was spacious and the view at the window was pleasant. Highly recommended to business travelers who wants to save time between airport and hotel. It will soothe your tired body after a day work for sure.

The airport is convenient if you are travelling via Qingdao airport for a stopover, it is basic but sufficient and the complimentary airport transfers made our trip so much easier. It could be a little difficult to arrange the transfers if you don't speak Chinese and the atmosphere is on the more casual side. The shower took forever to warm up so be prepared. Overall, good for money, would still recommend.

I had a great stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located inside the airport. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed, and they even offered a pick-up and drop-off service. Despite being inside the airport, the hotel was remarkably noise-free, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a perfect retreat after my travels. I truly appreciated the convenience of being so close to the terminal while still enjoying a quiet environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience at the airport!

We were staying this hotel for transferring(only 12 hour) but we could meet nice people in the area including the hotel staffs, enjoy nice meal and Qingdao beer at a restaurant nearby. Accommodation fee was unbelievably cheap and they offered us transportation service!

We book this hotel as it is nearer to the airport. It is at a quiet spot. Room is clean and spacious. However the hotel is still new and the swimming pool is closed during my stay but should be open now. There was a small error that our room card wasn’t able to use on the second day which I think was a mistake by the check-in staff. There is nothing much nearby so you have to book didi to travel out if you want to walk around.

Cozy and adorable hotel. Reasonable price, High quality service. Good breakfast with both chinese and western meal. The only sad thing is location. If the hotel locate in 5.4 square station, This hotel will be available to get double price.

凌晨到膠州機場，飛機落地臨時選的酒店，事實證明沒選錯1.機場繁忙，凌晨抵達且選擇這家店的客人不少，大家都在羣裏七嘴八舌生怕沒及時坐上車，而我上車的那一刻認為，真沒必要這樣焦慮，酒店很努力在讓接機這件事變得順滑，司機師傅很辛苦，一刻不停安排人上車，幫忙搬行李。2.酒店客房很大，整理乾淨，設施新。3.酒店在村子裏，周邊就是村莊待開發，但是作為臨時中轉可以説是最佳選擇。

Joyfall Hotel is conveniently located next to Qingdao International Airport. The hotel is cleaned and service is great. I like to Robotic housekeeping that deliver two bottles of mineral water. It automatically called my room when the robot arrived at the door. Service is good as he hotel provided more drinking water to me.
