The hotel is located inside the airport, within easy walking distance, which makes it an excellent choice for those catching early flights or arriving late. The room quality is truly 5-star standard — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were also very helpful and efficient, making the overall check-in and stay experience smooth and pleasant. The restaurant is close to a 5-star level as well. The food quality is excellent, and the chef deserves special recognition — not only for the taste and presentation, but also for being very friendly and approachable. However, there is still room for improvement in the service provided by some of the restaurant staff. The service attitude and level of professionalism could be further enhanced to match the high standards of the hotel and the quality of the food. Overall, this is a very good hotel and an excellent option for transit stays. With some improvements in restaurant service, it has the potential to deliver a truly outstanding experience.

The hotel is very clean and in a prime location connecting to a mall next door. The housekeepers are also very accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much as there is a large variety of choices. The receptionist Maggie Wu was very helpful, thank you!

The check-in process was equally smooth, thanks to the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who were always ready with a smile and good advice. Most importantly, the apartment itself was impressively clean. From the spotless bathroom and fresh linens to the tidy kitchenette and living area, it was clear that housekeeping takes great pride in their work. This cleanliness created a very welcoming and relaxing environment. For a stay that is convenient, well-maintained, and backed by a genuinely pleasant team, Tuyuan Holiday Apartments is an excellent choice.

Good morning hot buffet, good taste nice staffs, fitness quality is also good. I book only one night, then we happy with our stay, we book other 2 nights, no need to change. Only some guys, break rule of smoking, they smoke in close area, its terrible smell. We unsmoke then headache with the smoke.

Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant.

Nice and comfortable hotel for a business trip. Rooms are spacious and the green surroundings add up to a relaxed atmosphere. There’s a lotus pond in the middle with great views. Lacks a bit in terms of international amenities but it’s understandable given it’s location. Heard great things about the hot springs. Have to try them next time.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.
