I always enjoy my stay here. The hotel is connected to the airport terminal by a walkway so it's easy to get to and from the airport. The room is big and the hotel is clean. The staff can speak English and are very helpful. I got a free room upgrade when I checked in. The view from the room is interesting as you can see the planes taking off. The room has good sound proofing, so the sound of the airplanes taking off is very minimal. Rooms come fully equipped with toiletries. Overall, a pleasant stay.

It was a very satisfying stay overall. The staff were friendly and responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. Thanks to Liu and Ding, I was able to stay very comfortably. I really appreciate their help. Location – The location is very convenient. It’s within about a 10-minute walk to Wanxiangcheng and around 5 minutes to May Fourth Square. It was also easy to catch a taxi right in front of the hotel. Room – The room was spacious and apartment-style, which makes it a great option for stays longer than one night. It was clean, and the slippers were replaced daily. The refrigerator was large, and having a separate living room makes it especially suitable for families. The only minor downside was that the bathroom shower head was quite small and a bit inconvenient to use. I brought a portable shower head, which worked well for me. And the hair dryier was not that good. Overall, it was a very satisfying place to stay. I had a great experience.

In general this is a nice hotel. Clean room, good food for breakfast. The only inconvenience - it was really cold all the time at the hotel lobby as well as in the breakfast zone on the second floor. I was there in the middle of November, it was +5 degrees C outside, and it seems as if the public zones of the hotel do not have any heating facilities.

Mindy from Guest Relations reached out beforehand to inquire about my room preferences and helped arrange everything, also explaining the executive club benefits. The location is excellent; just across Quancheng Square is Henglong Plaza (very convenient for dining and shopping), and it's close to other attractions. Parking is easy and plentiful. The stay was quite comfortable. I accidentally left a small bag at the hotel when I checked out, but thankfully, after contacting Zora at the service center, it was quickly found and mailed back to me. Overall, a fantastic experience.

GGuest UserIt's rare to feel such a strong urge to leave a positive review right after checking in, but this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! I had a 23-hour layover in Qingdao and wanted to catch the sunrise by the sea. I didn't have high hopes for the hotel initially, and although I missed the sunrise, the hotel experience was amazing. I got a late check-in and was upgraded to a king room with a terrace, which was incredibly comfortable. They even helped me with laundry, drying my clothes and delivering them right to my door. All the staff members provided excellent service. I felt like I was getting a thousand-dollar experience for only a hundred! The robot delivery for food was prompt, and the hotel environment is also very nice. It's just a few hundred meters from the subway station, so the location is easy to find. Atour Light gets a big thumbs up!

Breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to May Fourth Square, and right across the street from Qingdao's bustling MixC mall. Winni, the staff member who checked us in, had an exceptional service attitude; seeing that we had elderly family with us, she thoughtfully arranged a non-smoking room on a quiet floor. The hotel gym is also quite good. The only minor issue is that the underground parking is a bit like a maze, but the parking attendant was very kind.

Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. GGuest UserI didn't book a hotel near the sea during the peak holiday. This hotel is a little far away, across a street, but it's still close to the beach. You can see a little bit of the sea from the upper floors, but it's mainly blocked by high-rise buildings in front. The hotel rooms are large, clean and tidy, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and although the facilities are a little old, it's still good overall, especially the thick door of the room with good sound insulation.

ちちなみI booked this hotel because I had an early morning flight from Qingdao the next day and saw reviews saying it was within walking distance. Since I was arriving around 1:30 AM, I called the hotel in advance, and the staff sent me a detailed video of the route, making it easy to find. From the Qingdao Airport departure hall (if you're arriving from out of town, take the elevator to the 4th floor departure hall after collecting your luggage), find area A for check-in. Diagonally opposite, next to the meeting point, there's a door that leads to the hotel's connecting corridor. It's less than a ten-minute walk, and the corridor was well-lit even in the middle of the night, so there's no need to worry. The Junting Hotel and Bangchen Hotel are together, with Junting being slightly further. The front desk has 24-hour service, which is great! And the staff were very welcoming. The room was quite spacious. Although it felt a bit old and not very new, and perhaps the carpet caused a slight odor, the overall cleanliness was acceptable. The bathroom sink had a bit of a strange smell, but the large space meant it didn't really affect my rest. The shower had good water pressure and the water was hot enough. Regarding the price, at over 400 yuan, the overall value for money was a bit high, but its excellent location made it acceptable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located above the Confucius Temple, next to Qingdi Palace, and you can watch the sunset from the passageway. The capsule room is spacious enough to sit up comfortably, and privacy is excellent. The price is reasonable for the top of Mount Tai on non-weekend and non-holiday days. The downside is that it's located near the hotel lobby and a corridor, and many people intentionally kick it when passing by. It was noisy until 10 PM, so earplugs are a must for sleeping. The spot for watching the sunrise in the morning is just average, not far from the signal tower, basically a roadside spot with many trees blocking the view, and there are many hotel guests. Unless you're going with a photographer, there's no need to go with the group. I suggest going early to popular spots like Riguan Peak or Zhanlu Platform to secure a good spot yourself.
