I had a really good stay. The hotel was new, clean and the price was truly reasonable even included the breakfast. The staff was really friendly and kind. I would highly recommend to others. if I travel to Samarkand again I will definitely stay there.

We recently stayed at this hotel and I can't help but share my impressions! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and smiles. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did they check us in quickly, but they were also happy to answer all our questions, especially Dildora, who helped us choose excursions and places for dinner. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and cozy, and the views from the balcony are simply mesmerizing. We enjoyed every moment spent here. Thanks to all the staff, especially the reception team, for their impeccable service and care. You made our holiday truly special! We will definitely be back again!

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

The hotel is a bit remote, with no restaurants nearby, but the dining quality at the hotel is satisfying. The staff's attitude is excellent. The room is clean, tidy, and spacious. Upon check-in, there was a fruit platter and cookies provided👍

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

實在沒有想到這個希爾頓酒店這麼便宜，然後各個方面卻遠遠超出預期。 1，離火車站不是很遠，打車估計就3-4萬鎖母就到了，十多公里。 2，周圍有非常漂亮的人工草坪，還有一條清澈的小河，河邊還有水泥路，可以坐觀光車。幾塊錢人民幣就夠了。 3，再附近還有一個大型的小童遊樂場，費用超級便宜，一個項目就5-10元人民幣的樣子。還有一些街邊小吃。還有晚上的舞蹈等節目看。 4，遊樂場邊上還連結着一個“清真寺”，裏面可以購物，閑逛，然後還有非常棒的飯店吃飯，以當地的烤肉，囊等實物為主。室外的飯廳非常漂亮，漢白玉的柱子底座，精心雕塑的木製大梁直接杵在上面，支起來整個屋頂。這個亭子在河邊，邊上種滿了花草，環境非常優美。最重要的是沒有蚊子！ 5，酒店的自助早餐也非常豐富，美。5歲小孩免費，11歲小孩半票。當然你也可以買自帶早餐的。 6，離那些著名景點也不遠，打車這邊很便宜。 7，酒店挨着還有一個超大型的水上樂園，10-20：00營業。 這個酒店帶娃住和玩，絕絕子。

We stayed at this hotel for a few days as a couple and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is new, modern, and comfortable. Although it’s located a bit outside the city center (around 15 minutes by taxi, costing about 30,000 UZS), the area around it is quite charming – a newly developed park zone with music fountains, restaurants, photo spots, a water park, and canals. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and enjoyable. Overall, a nice and comfortable place to stay.

Выбирала отель по расположению. Очень удобно добираться до Самарканд Сити - по утрам и вечерам в городе пробки. Отель порадовал всем, начиная с экстерьера. Красиво и внутри и снаружи. Номер просторный - с двумя!!! Очень чисто! Постельное бельё и полотенца мягкие и белоснежные. Номер пахнет чистотой! В санузле отдельный регулятор температуры, это суперкомфортно. На завтрак - много разных фруктов, достаточно большой выбор еды, еда халяль. Очень отзывчивый весь персонал, но особо хотелось отметить молодого человека на дневном ресепшн, не запомнила имя, к моему большому сожалению. Потому что его отношение к посетитетям лучше чем в 5-ти звездочном отеле - отзывчивость и клиентоориентированность на высоте! В целом, все ребята очень отзывчивы и профессиональны! Отдельный плюс - круглосуточная кофейня, где есть столик с usb зарядками. Спа-комплекс достаточно большой, но я не успела посетить. Хотя в стоимость проживания входят несколько процедур!!! Сауна и солевая комната, например. С удовольствием буду рекомендовать этот отель и обязательно вернусь сама. Ещё важный момент - если добираться на такси, то нужно обязательно отмечать именно отель, потому что по такому же адресу есть другая локация на карте. Спасибо отелю за прекрасные впечатления о Самарканде!

Great 3 nights stay at Movenpick hotel with all amenities. Very convenient and close to the Gour Emir monument (4/5mn by walk) and the Registan square (15/16mn). A lot of cafe and restaurants around the hotel as we didn’t book the hotel breakfast. As we are lazy to dine out, we enjoyed twice diners at the restaurant Caramelle (really juicy manti and tasteful somsa & soups) We tried the sauna (hammam was under reparation) and the fitness. We had pleasant drinks at the pool bar. So we can recommend the Movenpick hotel at Samarkand. And the room rates are very affordable for a 4,5/5* hotel.

We really liked the hotel. It’s new, clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport; it’s better to take a taxi to the main attractions, but everything is within about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help the guests.
