B&B Santa Maria Nova

From the first minutes we were met by a man at the reception named Diego. He was very rough. This person has no idea how to communicate with hotel guests. The hotel manager should definitely pay attention to this and take some measures in relation to him. When a problem arose, he raised his voice from the first seconds, behaved extremely disgustingly, was rude, although we simply did not know that when entering a room with friends, you need to leave your passport. When I asked where the sign about this was, he simply replied that everyone already knew about this rule. This man from the first minutes in Venice spoiled our entire holiday. I wish him to learn to speak politely and stop yelling at customers. The only good thing about this hotel is a couple of women from Ukraine who work in the kitchen.

Я со своими друзьями жила в этом отеле . Плюсы - в центре Венеции , есть завтрак , женщины официантки с Украины очень хорошие и душевные , приносили блюда быстро и улыбались ! В номере уборщица убирала отлично , меняла полотенца . Минусы- мужчина на рецепшине грубил , кричал на нас , наверное у его не все в порядке с головой . Я бы советовала его уволить , его звали Diego !!! Другой парень афроамериканец был отличный , улыбался и был приветлив . Старался сгладить ситуацию которая произошла с этим Diego. Эде этот Diego говорил плохо о моей стране Украине , это было максимально не приятно, и оставило осадок , даже были мысли уйти с отеля . Ужасный человек !
