Very close to the Santa Lucia station and all the spots of Venezia. Very attractive decorative hotel, comfortable, clean and convenient locate one. Recommendable for a stay in Venezia

The hotel has an excellent location, being at the Pizzalle Roma next to the bus and tram station as well as fronting on the Grand Canal. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. The hotel is very clean and our room was very modern and clean and despite being next to the bus station was quiet and well insulated. The continental breakfast had an extensive choice and was very well prepared and tasty. (Looking out onto the Grand Canal didn't hurt either). However, a word of caution. Upon check- in we were offered a complimentary tour to Murano to see the famous glass making factory. The tour itself is in a vintage motor launch. What they do not tell you is that the tour is one way. You are left on the island to try and find your own way back to the hotel. When we returned and told the manager that this had not been made clear to us, he replied that he had told us it was only one way. The next day we saw another couple of guests getting onto the boat. The staff told me that they too were taking a one way trip. I asked them if the guests knew of this and they shrugged. The guests did not speak English so I could not inform them. Apart from this unfortunate incident we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

ヴェネチアの玄関口サンタ・ルチア駅から、橋を渡ることなく徒歩圏内の便利な場所にあり、スーツケースも気になりません。バポレットの乗り場にも近いです。内装は改装されているようで、掲載されている写真とは違った印象ですが、明るい客室は、エアコンやテレビなども整っており、快適に過ごせました。フロントのスタッフの女性はとても親切で、急な朝食時間の変更依頼にも快くに対応いただけました。朝食も豊富で美味しかったです。ベネチアを満喫するのに、手頃で最適なホテルだと思いました。 このホテルのフロントは、ホテルの向かい、10メートルくらい先の系列ホテル内にありますので、チェックインの際は注意してください。

Biliknya tidak besar, dan hiasannya agak ketinggalan zaman, tetapi kebersihannya sangat baik. Tidak ada perapi di hotel, dan cawan pencuci mulut adalah cawan plastik pakai buang dalam bungkusan tertutup. Perkara yang paling penting ialah hotel ini betul-betul bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api. Ia mengambil masa kurang dari 3 minit untuk berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api ke hotel. Anda boleh melihat stesen kereta api dari bilik hotel pulau utama Venice. Kami tiba pada pukul 12 dan pihak hotel membenarkan kami mendaftar masuk awal. Selain itu, tidak banyak jenis sarapan di hotel, dan waktu sarapan adalah dari jam 6:30-10:00. Hotel ini tidak menyediakan selipar, berus gigi dan ubat gigi, mahupun air percuma. Terdapat peti sejuk kecil berbayar. Terdapat 2 restoran kecil Cina, 1 restoran sushi dan pasar raya bernama Ali 3-4 minit dari hotel (untuk harga 1 botol air jenama yang sama di pasar raya stesen kereta api, anda boleh membeli 6 botol di pasar raya dan masih ada lagi) Dalam masa 20 minit selepas menaiki teksi dari hotel ke Lapangan Terbang Marco Polo, hotel ini boleh menyediakan perkhidmatan teksi dengan harga €60, dibayar terus kepada pemandu. Ia lebih mahal daripada menaiki teksi sendiri, tetapi tidak banyak teksi. Terdapat juga bas untuk ke lapangan terbang.

We stood outside this hotel for at least 5 minutes within earshot of the hotel worker outside before we realized where we needed to go. He looked at us several times without offering to help. We were given a room on the ground floor and it was by the patio. We had guests trying to open our door at 7 and 8am thinking it was the breakfast room. The cleaning service sprayed our room with scent so badly we had to ask for a new room. We were told the hotel was sold out and then miraculously a suite was available (after some negotiation). The location is ok, the breakfast was said to be €20/ person which was too much for me. You can get a decent breakfast for way less nearby. The staff was not helpful when my husband and I asked about going to Lido or the “bus” water system. I would not return to this hotel. The location is good but for the price was not worth it.

I’ve chosen this hotel for it closeness to airport, coz I arrived late night. There was long line for taxi, no another transportation at night. The location of the hotel makes possible to walk to it, 20 min. I had small and clean room , nice breakfast. Atmosphere is quite nice and calm at the hotel. Also there is a bus stop close to get to city center. I would advice to add the compliment water for your guests.

I stayed with my family for a day and it was pleasant. Here are the pros and cons, Pros: 1. Comparatively worth the money 2. Clean and comfortable with air condition 3. Good spread for the complimentary breakfast 4. Have community parking available just opposite and around the hotel. Free from 8 pm to 8 am. 5. At nice location. Plenty of shopping around. Cons: 1. Charged 6.20 Euro as city tax which was not mentioned during booking. 2. No free parking at Hotel 3. Toilet lid was very old, need replacement. Unable to close the window door causing bit noisy.

這是一家有着深厚藝術底蘊的酒店，酒店門頭不太大，進去之後處處都是驚喜，特別適合拍照打卡，服務也很好，冬天來的，房間很暖，陽台上看整個瀉湖景觀，位置超級棒。可以加床，入住時已經是22:00，報着方便試試看的心態，來到酒店的餐廳，沒想到最驚艷的是樓上的餐廳，這是歐洲行吃的最正式的意大利餐廳，吃一道菜上一套餐具，太講究了。竟然吃到了很棒的鵝肝，甜品的精美和層次豐富的味道，真是太好了。第二天早上的自助早餐，更加出乎意料，景觀一流不說，早餐的豐富和美味，也是一流的，位置離嘆息橋特別近，聖馬可廣場太美了，附近店鋪的商品也特別好，80 歐坐了貢多拉，很值！從酒店去機場坐水上的士，130歐從酒店大堂側門直接就上船，很方便。來酒店時，不懂，坐了水上巴士，每人15歐，巴士見站就停，船上坐滿了人，一個小時才到聖馬可廣場站，下了船，拖着行李箱走了300米左右過了嘆息橋，就到了酒店。不是很方便，如果從機場花130歐坐水上的士，20分鐘就可以直接到酒店大堂側門。

The hotel was very clean, staff is very nice and they speak English. The room was cleaned everyday. With the local buses is 15-20 min from the actual island. Overall great experience
