Hotel berhampiran Lido e Pellestrina, Venice

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Easy to get to, right across from the trains and buses. I actually made a mistake on booking the dates and they were able to accommodate the change last minute so I can't knock them for that. A great place for a home base to explore Venice Unfortunately that's about where it ends. I don't usually leave bad reviews for hotels but they left me no choice. We checked in at around 2PM and were given a room right next to the elevator and cafeteria. Immediately we noticed the B.O smell walking to our room. It was really bad. Rooms are very tiny which is fine since the city itself is small. Anywhere we check in we make sure to inspect the rooms for bed bugs, and cleanliness. It was satisfactory when we arrived. The safe wasn't working so we had to call for a tech and waited for him to come fix it. We left to explore the city and arrived back at night. I was in the cafeteria ordering food but my wife went to the room and went straight to the bathroom but when I came in I immediately noticed a terrible odor. I looked on the floor and noticed there were brown spots all over the floor. I called the receptionist and he was very apologetic and questioned if it was on our luggage or shoes which we immediately showed him it wasn't. He changed our rooms to next door. We were only in Venice for 1.5 days basically and was too tired to deal with it so we did not check the current room (which admittedly was our own fault.) The room they gave us was dirty and had blood stains in the bathroom on the toilet that we didn't notice until checkout. At that point with the condescending response we just wanted to leave and get out of there. The next day we spoke to someone in charge and he was extremely condescending and basically insinuated that this was our own doing and our fault. We requested to speak to a manager in charge but they weren't there at the day, and requested a call back but that never came. They did however email us and insinuated the same thing that this was our own doing and our own fault. The entire exchange was very unprofessional. They blamed us saying we brought it in with our luggage and placed it on our bed (which I don't know anyone who does this but i digress) but we showed the reception that night and if we did have it on our luggage it would've dragged across the lobby and carpet. The only thing I can conclude is they let someone into our room OR accidently assigned a room to someone and realized their mistake. Something like this would be immediately noticed when we first checked into the room if it came from us. Since the room was so small the smell immediately hits you and is visible as soon as the door opens. Again, I rarely place any bad reviews for hotels but this one I had to with their unprofessional response. They need training in customer service. If anyone is interested in the email exchange please shoot me a message as the entire exchange was again unprofessional and ridiculo

The hotel has an excellent location, being at the Pizzalle Roma next to the bus and tram station as well as fronting on the Grand Canal. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. The hotel is very clean and our room was very modern and clean and despite being next to the bus station was quiet and well insulated. The continental breakfast had an extensive choice and was very well prepared and tasty. (Looking out onto the Grand Canal didn't hurt either). However, a word of caution. Upon check- in we were offered a complimentary tour to Murano to see the famous glass making factory. The tour itself is in a vintage motor launch. What they do not tell you is that the tour is one way. You are left on the island to try and find your own way back to the hotel. When we returned and told the manager that this had not been made clear to us, he replied that he had told us it was only one way. The next day we saw another couple of guests getting onto the boat. The staff told me that they too were taking a one way trip. I asked them if the guests knew of this and they shrugged. The guests did not speak English so I could not inform them. Apart from this unfortunate incident we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff was exceptional! They were kind, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was spacious. Breakfast was included. They have a service to hold your luggage if you arrive before check in time or need to stay in the area after you check out. (We needed to use this option due to our flight departure time.) Also, SUPER AMAZING bonus was that it is located very near Piazzle Roma AND the train and bus stations as well as multiple water taxi locations. The location was stellar! The value for the cost was wonderful for Venice. Clean and basic hotel at a wonderful price! This was what we were looking for since we were only in our hotel in the evening to sleep. I HIGHLY recommend this!

Al lopen richting het hotel was het lachen om een vervallen rood hotel met houten letters. Het bleek ons hotel. Drie nachten verbleven in kamer 311. 3de verdieping, telkens 67 treden want geen lift. De inrichting was oud/iraliaans en leek in niets op de foto's op de site. Bij het boeken gevraagd om twee aparte bedden en bij voorkeur een bad. Het bed was gedekt als dubbel en een bad bleek een douche van 70x70cm met vieze plastic vouwdeurtjes. Ook het ontbijt dat inclusief was viel tegen. In het weekend waren na 9 uur de borden, kopjes en messen op en het was zoeken naar een plaatsje om te zitten. Misschien verwachtte ik teveel voor 63 euro per nacht in Venetië, maar meer is het ook zeker niet waard.

No elevator, no amenities, only towel. The only good point is because the hotel is just in front of grand canal and Station St Lucia.

Me permito valorar a este hotel, a pesar de no haberme alojado en el. Hice un reserva para dos noches, sábado y domingo de octubre 2023, a través de una de las aplicaciones muy conocida y allí fuimos, las chicas de recepción estuvieron largo rato tratando de encontrar la reserva en el sistema, pero no aparecía, hasta que se dieron cuenta de que la reserva era para los mismos días, pero para el año siguiente, 2024, y el hotel no tenía plazas libres. Dada esa situación tan difícil para nosotros, encontrarnos con dos personas que nos ayudaron un montón en ese momento, es de mucho agradecer y dice mucho del gran servicio de este hotel. Finalmente, pudimos encontrar otro hotel, pero muchas gracias a las personas de recepción del Locanda Ca’ Lucrecia por su ayuda. Si volvemos a Venecia, reservaremos en este hotel, pero la reserva será correcta

베니스 역과 공항버스 타는 곳 모두 도보로 10분 이내여서 위치라 너무 좋았어요 엘베있고 최근 리모델링해서 깨끗하다고 해서 투숙했는데 다른 곳은 안가봐서 비교는 못하겠지만 좋았던거 같습니다 직원분이 엄청 친절해서 감사했습니다 바로 옆에 맛있는 식당도 있어서 편하게 잘 이용하고 갑니다 조식은 7시 30분이라 일찍 떠나야해서 이용 못했는데 그게 좀 아쉽네요 간단한 미니바있고 룸서비스 이용가능한듯 합니다.
