Struttura favolosa a pochi passi dal centro del lido di Venezia . Proprietari molto gentili ed accoglienti . Ritorneremo sicuramente .Voto 10+

This is really a pension rather than a villa. It’s over-priced, and the proprieter responds inflexibly to guest complaints. She did in our case. Concerns about no air conditioning, absence of proper towels, fridge not working, sour milk and a measly tea/coffee offering were dismissed. A small gesture to reach out a welcoming hand would have been welcome. Perhaps a free breakfast, or even a few extra teabags! At 100 bucks, this is over-the-odds and one is simply paying for the smart Lido address/ location. Stay away!

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, plus quiet at night. Only 300m from the main water bus station with quick easy access to Venice and the other islands. Plenty if eateries close by. Breakfast was a simple continental spread which was great to start the day. Very good value for money.

+ Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen + Sehr freundliches Personal + Zimmer sind sauber + Nahe Zentrum und Hafen + Kaffee im Zimmer Wer grossen Wert an einem reichhaltien Frühstück legt ist hier falsch. - Frühstück ist absolut unbefriedigend, pro Person 1 Gipel, 1 kleines weiches aufback- Brötchen und abgepakte Muster- Esswaren wie Reiswaffeln, Keckse u.s.w. Kein Buffet, kein Fleisch, kein Hartkäse u.s.w. und der Blutorangensaft schmeckt wie verdünnt. Sorry das geht gar nicht. Einen Toaster und Toastbrot oder ein Brot zum selber abschneiden hinzustellen wäre das minimum und kostet auch nicht viel.Obwohl wir ja das Frühstück bezahlen. - Beim Frühstück wird extrem gespart und das ist sehr schade -

Devant la maison, les traces d'un tapis d'escalier disparu; pas de réception: les femmes de ménage accueillent le matin, personne l'après-midi ni la nuit; ascenseur en manutention; dans la chambre, le bruit constant d'un moteur, jour et nuit, mais pas de clim réversible ni de chauffage fonctionnant dans la chambre, ni le bain; penderie sans porte; pas de bouilloire; bain minuscule, serviettes de toilette en tissu de serviette de table; le dernier jour, personne pour le petit déjeuner: un sac avec des biscottes, pour la boisson, débrouille-toi ! Pouvons-nous recommander ?!

L’hotel è ben posizionato al Lido, comodo a tutto, tranquillo e in una bella villa. Qui finisce purtroppo la parte positiva della recensione. Personale presente solo al mattino, poi reception sempre deserta, si entra con un codice. La camera non sarebbe male, ma la pulizia non è granché, lenzuola strappate mai cambiate in 5 giorni, asse del water rotta e mai aggiustata (segnalata, ma pare ci volesse l’idraulico…), asciugamani di tela piuttosto scomodi. Niente bar. Ma la cosa che proprio non è all’altezza di un 3 stelle è la colazione: servita in terrazza, anche sotto la pioggia, nessun buffet, consta di un panino e una briochina piccoli, surgalati e riscaldati e gommosi, burro, marmellatine, cioccolata spalmabili di Marche sconosciute messi alla rinfusa in una ciotolina, una mela, uno yogurt, succo annacquato, bevanda calda. Abbiamo visto servire dei cereali a vicini di tavolo e quando abbiamo chiesto ci è stato risposto che loro li avevano chiesti in precedenza. Insomma avrebbe ottime potenzialità, e credo che con poca spesa si potrebbe migliorare veramente tanto. (Per esempio Per la colazione almeno un panino fresco del panettiere!).
