Motel 6 Ventura, CA - Downtown

Customer service was great ! Friendly service

Extremely noisy due to the proximity to the freeway. Refridge was ancient and super loud. Had to unplug it to sleep. Homeless encampment in the motel 6 parking lot out back. I have stayed at motel 6 in the past. This one is the worst. It was $113 + fees also. Should have been $49. OVERPRICED!

Made this reservation for a room I knew I would only be in for a few hours of sleep during a work trip. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and location was very convenient.

The staff was friendly but when we got into the room the heater wasn't working and plus the tv didn't work. we had asked for help and the guy couldnt figure it out so yeah

I wish they would have cleaned the sink when I was away. I told the cleaning lady that I was not going to be in my room by the time maintenance would come, but to just go into the room anyway, and clean the sink. I also did not appreciate how the shampoo and conditioner made my hair frizzy.

Second worst Motel ever in. Hairs in the shower and towels. Literal next to highway 101. Extremely noise. You will need to pay me to stay there.

The air conditioning unit was not working. It would have been nice to have received some sort of discount on the room, as we were paying for a room that we assumed had fully functioning amenities, including but not limited to a working a/c unit.

This was a perfect stay. All we needed was a simple and clean place to sleep and this location was just that. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The only thing that was missing was a hair blower and iron. Other than that everything was great.

Found 4 different types of bugs in the room. Roaches and earwigs as well as flys left over in the lights. Pillows were the stiffest possible. Room smells like cigarettes. If you’re a light sleeper this hotel is not for you as you will hear the road 24/7. For the price it was fine but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel ever.
