Loved this hotel. The staff all spoke some English with most speaking English fluently. Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is clean and excellently maintained. Excellent food, and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. Rooms are of a high standard. We loved the patio dinning experience. Great value for money and really would be nit picking to find any fault during our visit. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We loved this hotel and it’s 2 minutes away from the Motorway.

Ottimo hotel in cui soggiornare. Alcuni bagni in camera della struttura, necessitano di manutenzione, perché il lavandino scaricava male questo giro e la doccia aveva poca pressione. Colazione buona ma tavoli disposti male perché troppo vicini, da migliorare.

Nice place. I met a receptionist called Erika and OMG, such a great person she is. Her personality is exceptional. She helped me with the check-in and even when I didn’t know how the lights worked, she walked me through it. Also the good part, she helped me sooo much in pulling off a birthday surprise for my fiancé. She was very friendly and welcoming to both of us. Also, for an Italian to also speak such good english made communication soo much easier. I will definitely come back to this Hotel and please I need Erika at the reception 😌 Last but not least I am traveller and she’s the best receptionist I’ve met in my entire life of travelling and lodging in Hotels. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso un appartamento. Molto ampio e la cucina dotata di tutto. Offrono anche una piccola colazione. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare in loco in un parcheggio privato e custodito. Purtroppo unica pecca il bagno molto scomodo e la poca pulizia in terra che ci ha un pochino turbati. Per una notte comunque andava più che bene. Altra pecca avevamo selezionato il pagamento in struttura e la possibilità di disdire poco prima, pagando quindi un pochino di più. Peccato che qualche giorno prima della partenza ci hanno decurtato i soldi dalla carta. Chiedendo spiegazioni è emerso che booking lo fa spesso, da questa possibilità, quando in realtà non c'è....

Hotel is located close to center of Verona. There is a nice walk to the Arena di Verona. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, also receptionists were nice. Bed matres was a bit too hard. We found road network in Verona quite complicated, so be patient, if you are coming with a car.

A great site to access Verona with a bus stop directly outside the site costing just over 2 euros return for a 30 minute each way trip so very cheap. Buses every 30 minutes and it was the service 41. Check in sraff very helpful and friendly and on hand to answer any queries. The site was modern and clean with lovely shower blocks and plenty adequate toilets and showers operated with your pass. Each guest is given their own wifi code so it was efficient. There is a swimming pool twenty minutes walk away or you can drive to it also. You could choose your own camping spot and was plenty of room. The only down side was they allowed guests to check in very late and putting tents up at half ten at night is riduculous with slamming car doors and hammering tent pegs into the ground. They should not allow this to happen.

Wonderful stay. Very clean, friendly and polite staff, perfect breakfast. Very easy to access to the train station and city centre. Will definitely come again if back to Verona. Would be better to add a kettle to the room
