Absolutely beautiful guest house. Very nice staff. Clean. Nice breakfast. I just felt that for over 500 euros per night, they should provide complimentary water and not charge for coffee pods. They make clear it's a guest house and not a hotel, so you have to arrange a certain time to check in and check out. At a lower price point, it would absolutely be a 5.

Stayed for 2 nights. The building's decor was beautiful and authentic with a very relaxing a**osphere at night; a nice touch with candles and music playing. Room was exceptionally clean and very spacious, fixtures and fittings all a good standard, Arthur was amazingly helpful and very welcoming to us. The in-room served breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice and nicely presented, unfortunately we had to check out early before breakfast on our 2nd morning and the guesthouse was unable to accommodate us at such short notice. Overall I highly recommend staying here and if we return to Verona we will definitely hope to book the Palazzo Monga again

We stayed 4 nights in this 4 room small hotel in the heart of the Verona old city . We booked the king room . It faced the back of the building towards a courtyard which was quiet. This room was spacious with a feature , a winding staircase to a bathtub and deck chair. There is a ground floor sauna and gym that can be reserved exclusively . Service was impeccable with Arthur the manager always on hand to assist with any queries, restaurant bookings etc . He even offered me a hot water bottle and use of the microwave to heat up a warm drink as I was a little under the weather . Highly recommend a stay here.

The Palazzo Monga is a truly unique and beautiful boutique hotel. Restored to a very high level, it was undoubtedly one of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed in. The location in the centre of Verona was perfect for seeing everything easily. The concierge Arthur was incredibly friendly and helpful, as was the owner Julia. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

Palazzo Monga in Verona exceeded expectations. The concierge's warm welcome began with efficient valet parking, swiftly handling our luggage. Their responsiveness on WhatsApp, from pre-arrival to check-in, showcased impeccable service. The Superior King Room was a luxurious haven, impeccably designed. Breakfast room service was punctual, delivering a delicious start to our day. The hotel's commi**ent to detail, evident from arrival to departure, elevated the entire experience. Palazzo Monga is a testament to exceptional hospitality, making our stay a seamless blend of comfort and sophistication. Highly recommended for those seeking a flawless and memorable Veronese escape

The presidential suite was beyond nice. I’m sure the other rooms are beautiful too. The front desk manager, Arthur, was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent for walking everywhere as we did. There was noise from a street project but it looked temporary.
