Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wir sind damit zufrieden. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer nett und höflich mit uns, immer Lächeln dabei und hat jede Frage beantwortet. Die U-Bahn Station ist ungefähr 5-6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. In dem Fitnessstudio gibt zu wenig Geräte und der Saunabereich könnte renoviert werden.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was also delicious. Above all, the location is very close to Ausria Centre, only 5 minutes walk. If you want to have a walk around, you can enjoy a very beautiful view of the Danube. Also, very convenient to take metro to the city centre.

Прекрасный отель. Интересный дизайн номера. Новый ремонт, мебель. Душевая с прозрачной дверью, если стесняетесь, можно отделить спальное место шторой. Удобная кровать, подушки. Зарядка для телефона, встроенная в тумбочку. Расположение отеля - 3-5 мин до метро, 15-20 мин на метро до центра без пересадок. Персонал очень отзывчивый, всегда рад помочь. Есть камера хранения на -1 этаже, где можно оставить сумку, там же примерочная, где можно переодеться и отпариватель, если нужно погладить. Ресепшен весь в зелени, есть места для ожидания и даже качели, зарядки. Ресторан, где можно полноценно поесть либо перекусить. В общем все продумано до мелочей для людей. Этот отель напомнил отель в Сингапуре. Спасибо!

The hotel was really nice. The room was comfortable and had what I needed. The food was really good, and the prices were reasonable as well. I would stay there again. Now, it wasn’t in the city centre, but it was only a train ride away, 10-15 minutes and the station is close to the hotel, but quiet. The area the hotel is located in, looks like it’s being rebuilt. It’s modern but plain. No where near as nice as the stunning architecture in the city!

Lovely place near the bus/metro stations. Too bad the Kagran station from town was closed when I was there but it takes a back turn from the next station so not too inconvenient.

The location is good, a minute's walk from the metro/train station. Amenities are good with minimum plastic. There is drinking water dispenser and a bar top to make hot drinks. Coffee maker with capsules too.
The room is spacious where the toilet is separate. There is separate standing shower and a bathtub as well, all fully equipped with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
The initial room we got had some dead bed bugs under the bedsheets and the staff was apologetic and changed the room immediately. The second room was clean.
However, whenever we tried to call the reception m, the line never went through so had to go down. Will still recommend the hotel for the amenities and room space. View from room is good too.

Good location in terms of being close to a train line from the airport and was close to a really large fairground which was cool. About 30min walk from the centre which wasn’t too bad but not central in a sense.
Hotel was nice and room was good. Shower was in the room which we didn’t mind. Would book again as we enjoyed our stay. Staff at the counter were helpful and welcoming which was really nice which is always a big plus.

Very convenient location with enough restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and convenient stores around the corner.
Super Close to Prater Amusement Park. And a few minutes walking distance to all public transportations to all directions of the city.
Clean and tidy rooms with good WiFi networks. Connected rooms for family. Recommended to some friends already. Will book again in the future.

Big rooms with spacious toilet, and perfect room temperature.
Very friendly staff both at the reception and room service( shoutout to the kind Bulgarian lady for our room service)
Delicious varied breakfast buffet!
The only things that could improve is the gym equipment, a few weights and/or kettlebells would be a lot more helpful.
Also, adding a separate bin for papers in the rooms helps with recycling.
Overall, I totally recommend this hotel

We had requested for connected room. They did not have them available on the first night but they let us move to bigger upgraded connected rooms from the second night.
I read a review on a google review- it wasn’t proved to be true or not - someone’s room was robbed however 7th roof top bar had outside guests who just got into the elevator with me without any card or excess. I was bit scared BC they looked like they were already drunk. I was staying on the 7th fl and saw ppl going up and down from the bar on my floor which was very bothering. I just wish they had separate elevator or excess.

LLDP-VIENNAI stayed at this hotel twice within just a matter of days while having medical treatments in Vienna. The 1st was from 18-27 October '24 (9 nights) then again from 03-21 November '24 (18 nights). I must say that I am quite satisfied on both occasions altho' I would have appreciated it more, had I received an added cleaning service. Having stayed that long during each visit, it was a bit disappointing that the chambermaid showed up to clean only twice during my 2nd stay!!!
Other than that, it is highly recommendable due to its great location and fair price. I will definitely return again in April for my follow up treatments.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is located at a great location. It is very close to the central train station and just a 5 minutes walk from Belvedere Castle. The hotel is located on a busy street, but my room was quiet even though it was overlooking the street.
There was some confusion regarding the room I was supposed to stay in, and a manager got involved to help very swiftly. The issue was resolved in a matter of minutes and I was given a different room.
The staff at reception was very helpful and polite. So was the manager.
The room was spacious and clean. Hot water in the shower. Balcony, overlooking the street. Thick blinds. The bed was big and comfortable. The linen was clean. The only note I would make is about the cleanliness of the desk. I had to wipe it with a wet wipe and turned out the desk was quite dusty. The bathroom was, however, very clean and tidy with plenty of towels.
I liked that there was a mini-fridge where I could keep any food I had with me. The rooms also came with a built-in wardrobe and a safe.
The price was very good, especially considering the close proximity to the city centre. I liked that I could collect a map of Vienna from reception.
I would stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

AAleksIt was almost the cheapest option for us. It’s ok if you don’t have high expectations. Double bed is combined from 2 singles beds. There is No kettle in the room, you need to go to reception and ask them hot water and it’s for price 50+euros per room. Window faces nowhere, it’s a little bit dark in the room.
Location is good, 150 meters from subway, 5 minutes from railway station and very close to Belvedere.

PPengguna TetamuA gem not far from the city centre, there is a tram station just 1 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is plentiful and diverse, staff is friendly.
For sure we gonna stay here next when in Vienna again.

BBo RFor the price this room was perfect. The location is not far from the U1Metro and you are equally close to the city center.
When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately.
The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants.
The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service.
Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch.
I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.
