房間就是10年前的裝修了，該更新設施了，但酒店前台還是很重視客人的入住體驗，入住時有一晚隔壁房的12點還在大聲喧嘩，就直接打給前台投訴，後面半小時內隔壁房消停，後來前台主動問起此事有沒有影響入住體驗，衹能説沒有是假的，只是他們前台對過分的事情零容忍，主動制止解決問題的實操點贊。

I stayed at the Park Suite with View. The rooms were large and well-fitted, with heated marble floors. I loved the windows overlooking the Christmas markets. The spa is stunning. The gym is new. I loved breakfast at the Bank. Josie, Stefano, Martin and the team were generally fantastic, helping me with my needs. However, I want to highlight Karim, who was exceptional. I stayed with Hyatt since 2021 when I graduated university, over 300+ nights since including PH Bangkok, PH Niseko in Japan, PH Seoul, and some of the best non-Hyatt hotels in the world. Karim was the best concierge I’ve ever had. Here are 3 reasons: He is an excellent problem-solver; I asked where I could get cake, he called up the most famous cafe in town with the best cakes (Cafe Central) and gave me a card to show them. I had not thought about that cafe because online reviews had said it was impossible to get into. If he hadn’t, I would have to wait an hour in the Vienna cold and rain. He even assured me he will come to the cafe if they didn’t let me in, and I know he meant it. I had the best experience because of him of Austrian pastry. There were some hiccups with bookings which were due to language mistranslations which he resolved immediately. He gave me bathing suit recommendations (because the pool didn’t sell any) and the best Christmas market recommendations, because I deserved better experiences than the average one in front of the hotel. Karim goes above and beyond as a concierge for hospitality; I needed a phone charger, and it wasn’t charged out of the box, when I came down later it was all charged ready for me, because he is prepared. He recommended an orchestra show (at best music hall where Vienna does New Year’s concerts that go for 10,000 Euros on the Black Market). I was very impressed by his thoughtful recommendation. He made small talk that made me feel welcome and seen by asking about my story; I was traveling alone at Christmas yet I had the most amazing time because of Karim’s recommendations and gestures. He genuinely cares for guests: He switched out tour guides because I was uncomfortable with a third-party guide, which he didn’t need to do. I know that no matter who the guest was and what they needed, Karim would deliver his 200%. Karim’s exceptional service is the reason why I will choose Park Hyatt over other hotels everytime and will fully recommend this hotel and Hyatt to friends, family and strangers. I hope he gets recognized by Hyatt for his impressive work. There is no request too ridiculous for Karim, he always tries his best for guests.

We stayed at the Park Hyatt for 2 nights.We were gifted a GOH, so we were treated like Globalists, which really made our stay phenomenal. We arrived around 9 am and checked in. We were upgraded to a king deluxe room (even though the hotel was at capacity). They apologized that our room wasn't ready yet, and initially told us it would be ready around 1. (It ended up being ready before 11 am.) I wanted to freshen up before going out to explore. So we were taken down to the spa changing rooms. The location of the hotel is wonderful. There was a great Christmas market right in front. There were also restaurants and lots of shops including all the fancy places. It was so easy to walk to most places from the hotel. Our room was beautiful with very high ceilings. The room was huge. There was a desk, king bed (very comfortable), seating area, and the mini bar and coffee station. We also had a walk in closet. The bathroom had a shower, tub, two sinks, and fancy bath products. We got a free bottle of sparkling wine bc I told them it's our anniversary. On our first morning, we had to leave early for a tour, which meant no breakfast. My husband called down that morning and within 20 minutes, we had a bag waiting for us downstairs with coffee and pastries to go (free of charge). We did go to breakfast on our last morning. Huge assortment of food on the buffet, as well as a menu (eggs benedict was amazing). They also had mimosas. Before checkout, we did go down to use the pool and sauna. It was so relaxing. You cannot miss the pool, even if just for a quick dip. Everything was gorgeous. We got a late checkout (we were able to stay til 4 but we left around 1:30 pm). I would 100% recommend this hotel. The staff was incredible.

We stayed for three nights with Park Hyatt Vienna and everything was so over the top. You would tell no expense was spared to make the hotel beautiful. The entire staff is amazing. They are always waiting to anticipate something you may need. Room service was catered to times when we were not in the room and bottles of water were always stocked up. Our room was a wonderful size. We did request extra pillows and those were brought promptly to the room. We had an issue with the shower being Luke warm and they send someone immediately to take a look and when I came back from dinner there was a ticket with clear communication that the concern was addressed. We tried their breakfast and it was nice. We also had lunch and that was very good as well. All these meals were eaten inside “The Bank” We also utilized the salon to get my husband a haircut. The atmosphere was very nice with water being offered and magazines to look through. I regret not having enough time to go to the pool or book a spa treatment. This was our first Park Hyatt experience and we hope that others match this standards. We will absolutely stay here again if in Vienna

Well located, brilliant bar, nice rooms and AMAZING STAFF We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before boarding the orient express However our luggage didn’t turn up from Heathrow Arriving on a Sunday all of the shops were shut when we got there but the team had make up remover, toothbrushes, deodorant, moisturiser, hair brush…everything I needed to stop crying The location of the hotel is perfect, the bar is fabulous, the breakfast is wonderful but most of all the team is brilliant 5 stars for truly wonderful hospitality.

My adult son and I used points to stay- what an amazing hotel! Location is great- near many restaurants and designer shops- and inexpensive Uber. The room is absolutely beautiful, so spacious and a huuuge walk-in shower. Probably the BEST ever! The staff were so helpful and professional- especially Karim (secured reservations at Fabio’s and Figmueller’s) both were delicious- and Oliver, who helped us with our Bratislava trip. I would live in this hotel forever if I could!

We visited the Park Hyatt for the winter holidays, and felt so fortunate to be there. The location allowed us to walk to most of the sights, and the view from our window was very festive and pretty. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast - the truffled scrambled eggs, in particular, are a treat, and the pastry in Cafe Am Hof is a little slice of heaven. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, both the public spaces and luxurious guest rooms, but it is the staff that truly makes this place special. Everyone - every single person we interacted with - was professional, friendly and helpful. My husband has a mobility issue, so the front desk staff showed us the accessible entrance located to the side of the main entrance. After that, every time that we returned to the hotel, the doorman ran over to the side entrance to open it for us. So helpful! Such a beautiful city, such kind people, and such a gem of a hotel.

By far, our stay at Park Hyatt Vienna was probably the most memorable, if not the best we’ve had. I highly recommend this hotel property as I would go back in a heartbeat. Set within a stunning former bank building dating back to the early 20th century, this hotel provided us with a sophisticated experience that highlighted Vienna's rich cultural heritage while offering modern amenities and impeccable service. As a former bank building, its architecture retained much of its original, marble floors, gold accents, and soaring ceilings. Don’t miss out on relaxing in the spa and wading in an indoor heated pool, which used to be the former bank’s enormous vault. The peaceful ambiance provided the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. During our visit, we celebrated various milestones for our family of four, including our 19th wedding anniversary, our daughter’s graduation and our son’s birthday. We booked both the Park Suite Deluxe and the Twin Junior Suite. The spacious rooms offered comfortable beds with high-quality linens, expansive bathrooms with freestanding bathtubs and rain showers and high-end toiletries. separate living areas, walk-in closets. Upon check in, we were greeted with 19 long-stemmed red roses and a champagne bottle! A Sacher-Torte Chocolate cake was also gifted to our kids, which they both devoured right away. This attention to detail reflected the impeccable service that the staff rendered. They even managed to book us a reservation at Cafe Central, to the amazement of customers staying in a long line at the entrance, since we just breezed through. Staff members were very professional, attentive, and were always eager to go the extra mile to ensure our memorable stay. Park Hyatt Vienna’s location was perfect for us, a walking distance to major attractions such as the Stephansplatz with St Stephen’s Cathedral in the midst. It’s also in the heart of various luxury shops and popular restaurants. This came in handy when my luggage got damaged and the Rimowa across the street fixed it on the spot. With such a central location, it's an excellent base for both sightseeing and business trips, offering easy access to Vienna's most iconic landmarks and cultural sites. The hotel’s main dining venue was located in the former bank’s grand hall, and it offered a French-inspired brasserie menu with both classic and modern European dishes. The elegant setting, coupled with excellent service, made this a perfect place for breakfast. As a globalist, we looked forward to starting our day with their Bank Chives Toast, Truffled Scrambled Eggs, Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict and their fluffy pancakes. Had a great stay at Park Hyatt Vienna in the Diplomat Suite with a connecting room for the kids. The suite was amazing and much larger than I was expecting. The bed and pillows were fantastic and the rainfall shower had great water pressure. There were chocolates and fresh fruit for us in the room. The staff was very helpful and the concierge was able to get us in and skip the line at Figmüller Bäckerstrasse which was amazing for our family of 5. Would definitely stay here again. My recent stay at the Park Hyatt Vienna, my third visit to the property as a Hyatt Globalist, left me with mixed feelings. While the location and interior design are undeniably stunning, the service and operational shortcomings were unacceptable for a hotel charging €1,200 per night. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: The Positives: Prime Location: The hotel is perfectly situated in Vienna’s city center, ideal for exploring the city. Beautiful Interiors: The furnishings and design are exquisite, combining historic charm with modern luxury. The Negatives: Accessibility Issues: Upon arrival, there was no doorman or ramp at the entrance. My 70-year-old mother had to carry her suitcase up the stairs, which was both inconvenient and surprising for a hotel of this caliber. Similarly, at checkout, there was no ramp, and we had to carry our luggage down two sets of stairs. Accessibility should not be an afterthought in a luxury property. Concierge Service: The concierge desk was empty when we arrived. I waited 10 minutes before someone from the front desk noticed and offered assistance. This delay is unacceptable at a five-star hotel, where seamless service is expected. Room Readiness: Despite the 3 PM check-in time, our room was not ready until 3:50 PM. This delay disrupted our plans and reflected poor operational efficiency. Departure Experience: When I requested a taxi to the airport, the staff arranged for the hotel car service. Unfortunately, the driver did not accept credit cards, forcing me to find an ATM at the airport to withdraw cash. This was not the first disappointing departure experience at Park Hyatt Vienna. On a previous visit, I drove to the hotel and was surprised by a cash-only valet bill for charging my electric vehicle. With construction limiting parking and a queue of cars behind me, I had to circle the area while my wife searched for an ATM. A lack of communication about payment options made an already stressful situation worse. Restaurant Service: The dining experience was marred by several service issues: Oysters were served without a fork. The wine list was not offered proactively—I had to request it. Wine was poured without offering a tasting first, which is a basic standard in fine dining. Final Thoughts: As a loyal Hyatt Globalist and repeat guest of the Park Hyatt Vienna, I was disappointed by the lapses in service during this stay. While the property delivers on location and luxury design, the operational and service issues I encountered are far below the standards expected for a hotel in this price range. Accessibility challenges, delayed room readiness, and poor service coordination would be tolerable at a mid-range property but are glaring at €1,200 per night. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to align their service standards with the exceptional physical environment they offer.
