Ulasan O11 Boutique Hotel Vienna

這應該算一家自助酒店，住了3晚一直説是沒有拖鞋，已經用完了??what?第一次聽到備品裏拖鞋用完了。房間的水喝完打掃房間的時候也不收走也不續。最搞笑的是晚上回房間用過的浴巾浴巾扔在地上，浴缸裏的泡澡帶也不收走，出門是還特意把浴缸裏的水排空，沒想到泡澡袋仍然放在那裡。捲紙快用完了也不增加。酒店地理位置非常好，還有陽台，到金色大廳步行距離，可以晚會換好衣服走過去就可以。酒店早餐品種很少也沒什麼好吃的。

Nice and lovely clean hotel. The restaurant will be opening soon making the property even better, there are other restaurants and bars within 100 feet. Lovely room, clean and very quiet. Highly recommended foe the price in a central and vibrant area in Vienna, walking distance to the Opera!

The view to the courtyard was awful. The manager is rude ans unhelpful eventhough the desk staff tried to help, she just ended any tries. The fridge was not working throughout my stay.

Absolutely in love with this hotel! The decor and scent when you walk in is a pleasant impression. The reception crew is exceptional, so very helpful and thoughtful! The rooms are very clean and stocked well. The tv had more than adequate stations and has Chromecast so you can watch any of the movie apps from your phone. Very nice mini bar with decent prices. It’s conveniently located by restaurants, attractions, and the metro is on the same block. Definitely going to stay here again!

It seems like the hotel staff are not professional, the facilities are limited, and the behavior of the employees lacks professionalism. When I returned to the hotel, I didn't find the bed properly arranged, and even the trash in the room hadn't been completely collected. Honestly, its name should be a hostel, not a hotel. I was very dissatisfied, not only with the service but also with the lack of proper hospitality behavior. The only positive aspect is its proximity to the shopping center.

The hotel itself was very nice and luxurious. Our room wasnt cleaned on one day which was a shame and you could hear the next door rooms taking showers.

This hotel has set a seriously high bar for any future hotels we stay in; it was amazing. The first thing we loved was its location which was close to everything we wanted to see/do. The second thing was how incredible it smelt when we walked in! Every person we dealt with spoke perfect English and was extremely accommodating and kind. The room was beautiful, clean and everything we had hoped for; a few more pods for the coffee machine would’ve been handy! The only negative was the breakfast. It was extremely pricey for what we got. However, it was quite tasty! We would stay here again over and over; it was the perfect Christmas treat.

the hotel lived up to its name, "boutique".... what they lacked in resources, they made it up with their personalized service, especially during breakfast. Front desk folks had been terribly helpful. the property is within 10 min walk to vienna's famous walking street. plenty of eateries around. tram, bus and underground are just merely 5 min away. and during christmas season, there're several christmas markets nearby...the furthest being just 3 tram stops away.

Booked a junior suite and it was quite comfortable, clean and quiet. Not sure if cleaning is daily, but fresh towels are provided each day and bed is remade. Nespresso coffee maker in suite. Kettle provided upon request.

Excellent stay with the family!! Room was beautiful and luxurious with the facility so central to everything nearby cafe’s, museums and shopping.

Wonderful boutique hotel! Location staff service junior suite were all excellent. Happy to find this gem in Vienna. Close to shops and public transpo! I will come back and recommend this to hotel to family and friends.
