Strategic location

Everything is good only the hotel stay price was different to what I expected to pay. From the Trip.com, it is only 91.3 euro but when I need to pay for the hotel when arrival, it was 111.82 euro. It is kind of mess up the price.

Excellent location right next to the main train station. Unfortunately, it's somewhat undersized when fully occupied.

I always use this hotel when I'm in Vienna because of its location and value for money. I wish it had a boiling pot.

I was traveling alone. If you are planning to travel in the future, if you are going with a group of people, and if you are not used to traveling abroad or it is your first time, I recommend staying at a higher grade hotel. First of all, when I checked in on the first day of my trip, the female staff member at the front desk (Indian/Middle Eastern) was too cool and almost unfriendly. I was very intimidated here, and in my own country, I would have been given a 1-star level of unfriendliness. Next, when I entered the room, I found what looked like bloodstains on the pillowcase. I tried to find an extension to contact the front desk, but there was nothing. The front desk number was written on the paper attached to the card key, so I tried calling, but I couldn't get through at all. I had no choice but to go to the front desk with a big pillow under my arm, while being looked at by everyone around me, and another male staff member (a tall Harry Sugiyama lookalike) was very friendly and polite. The issue of the internal phone not working was not resolved until the end. (They explained that there might be a problem with the phone line here.) I stayed with breakfast included, but the breakfast was quite ordinary and the staff here were friendly and very good. The only amenities provided were the provided body soap and a hair dryer that blew a strong breeze. Towels were provided. The other man who helped me when I checked out was also friendly. This is a very personal opinion, but it's better to discuss various things with a male staff member. They obviously resolve issues quicker. Overall, this is a reasonable and sufficient hotel for those who are used to traveling. Those who are not used to traveling may have some regrets.

A fast hotel near the train station, with basic functions. The location is the main consideration. It is convenient to travel by train. There is a supermarket nearby to buy bread and water. There is a self-service pizza and pasta shop on the corner downstairs. It is about 15 minutes' walk from the subway station, which is a bit far. The room is not big, and the shower door is half open, so it is easy to wash the floor very wet. The door lock of the room does not give people a sense of security, there is no safety chain, but it is generally OK

Great location to explore Vienna.

The location is very convenient, only a few minutes to the central station. There is storage service, the room space is suitable, very good, and there is an open space underground, which is very comfortable. However, the wifi in the room is very weak and cannot be accessed until the next hall.
