Hotel is 6 minutes away from the Palace and the train station, it has a huge seating area within the reception area, three lifts to the rooms which are spacious, clean and modern. We had a room with a balcony which is great as the weather was very nice. There are complimentary drinks in the fridge on the first night stay and a free cookie at the reception. My partner and I ventured out all day on the two nights stay there and we managed to get to loads of historical places and landmarks with the use of the very reliable train service. I would also recommend that a day saver ticket or longer if you’re planning on being in Vienna for a while due to the money saved.
Vienna is a beautiful place and I’d recommend the hotel to get to see some of the attractions..

The housekeeping could be improved in details, there was dust on the floor, but generally it was great.
There is a nice bar in the main floor which runs by friendly stuff.We really enjoyed our stay in Renaissance hotel.

The original room allocated was dirty and they did not service it on my first day. They changed the room upon my feedback and there forth cleanliness was up to standard. Though I always find a variety of bugs and insects in my room every day, from a spider the size of half my palm to beetle etc. Guess that is a result of being too close to the garden?

The hotel is located right in front of a subway station, just a couple stops from the city centre. You should get a daily card for your stay if you intend to go sightseeing. The staff is really kind, the rooms are cosy and warm. Beautiful lobby with artificial fire. Refreshments also available when arriving.
There is a little bit street noise, but only when the windows are open.
Delicious breakfast with a lot of different foods and drinks to choose from, there is even wine.

Great hotel with amazing staff and quality of service. I arrived to the hotel and was allocated a room that had no fridge and asked a member of staff to provide me a fridge, so they changed a room to a better one. This is an amazing level of professionalism to satisfy the needs of the client. I was pleased to stay there for a night. Everything was very clean and perfect. I really enjoyed the stay.

Was not luxurious however it was Comfortable Stay !
Looks small hotel outside but lot of rooms inside. Room is clean, towels are new, bed sheets are smooth white and spotless.
Small lobby, with bar. The reception lady with a bit chubby and curly hair is very attentive, on my check in process, she understands the needs, and full of basic information. Sorry I forgot the name.
Breakfast has good options of food. Though can be improved on refilling and display.
Location is great and accessible to anywhere. Entire ATF’s are willing to assists.

Acceptable, but only for cold months like fall and winter.
The room has basic things and is clean for a short stay. However, during summer it is very hot! No aircon and need to open the window which still cannot circulate enough and even bring so much noise. Won’t recommend for hot months. Also the bed is not comfortable at all, hope they put a better one.
Location is not in the city center, but is ok as there is multiple tram or metro or bus within 5 minutes walk. Also there is affordable cafe or eateries, and even a shopping mall within 5 minutes walk.
I may consider in future but only for cold months that can keep the windows closed.

初のウィーン旅行で宿泊させていただきました。バス停と地下鉄駅までそれぞれ私の足で7分程度と近く移動も便利でした。チェックイン時間前に到着しましたが、すぐ対応していただけて嬉しかったです。シャワーの排水溝の流れが少し悪かったのが残念で、使用後に水が流れ切っていないので、足もとを綺麗する為に苦労しました。朝ごはんも手作りの品が何品も並び美味しかったです。

Good location, 30 min by foot from the city center or 100m from the metro station. Managed to find a free (weekend) parking spot in front of the hotel with ыщьу help from a hotel staff member. Everyone was kind and helpful. Room was clean and in good shape. The only thing it did lack was a socket near a bed. Breakfast was good and for a reasonable price,

Big rooms with spacious toilet, and perfect room temperature.
Very friendly staff both at the reception and room service( shoutout to the kind Bulgarian lady for our room service)
Delicious varied breakfast buffet!
The only things that could improve is the gym equipment, a few weights and/or kettlebells would be a lot more helpful.
Also, adding a separate bin for papers in the rooms helps with recycling.
Overall, I totally recommend this hotel

We had requested for connected room. They did not have them available on the first night but they let us move to bigger upgraded connected rooms from the second night.
I read a review on a google review- it wasn’t proved to be true or not - someone’s room was robbed however 7th roof top bar had outside guests who just got into the elevator with me without any card or excess. I was bit scared BC they looked like they were already drunk. I was staying on the 7th fl and saw ppl going up and down from the bar on my floor which was very bothering. I just wish they had separate elevator or excess.

LLDP-VIENNAI stayed at this hotel twice within just a matter of days while having medical treatments in Vienna. The 1st was from 18-27 October '24 (9 nights) then again from 03-21 November '24 (18 nights). I must say that I am quite satisfied on both occasions altho' I would have appreciated it more, had I received an added cleaning service. Having stayed that long during each visit, it was a bit disappointing that the chambermaid showed up to clean only twice during my 2nd stay!!!
Other than that, it is highly recommendable due to its great location and fair price. I will definitely return again in April for my follow up treatments.

AAleksIt was almost the cheapest option for us. It’s ok if you don’t have high expectations. Double bed is combined from 2 singles beds. There is No kettle in the room, you need to go to reception and ask them hot water and it’s for price 50+euros per room. Window faces nowhere, it’s a little bit dark in the room.
Location is good, 150 meters from subway, 5 minutes from railway station and very close to Belvedere.

For sure we gonna stay here next when in Vienna again.

BBo RFor the price this room was perfect. The location is not far from the U1Metro and you are equally close to the city center.
When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately.
The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants.
The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service.
Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch.
I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.
