Ulasan Eastin Hotel Vientiane

A new hotel with an emphasis on quality of accommodation and service. From arrival, the standard af service was excellent, from security, reception, cleaners, kitchen staff to bar staff. All were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower water pressure was very good, and the hotwater system was excellent with new fillings. Towels were large and luxurious. Pillows and the beds were very comfortable. The air-conditioning system worked extremely well. Good size smart TV, which you could hook up to Netflix or other serviced if required. The pool was very good and clean, with covered seating available. The gym had all new equipment that worked perfectly. I also loved the pool bar for a chilled drink on a hot day. Breakfast was varied with a large range to choice from. I enjoyed the fresh cooked eggs, or pancakes cooked to your choosing. Lived being able to get fresh brewed coffee as well. The breakfast staff went out if there way to ensure you enjoyed your food. Can not fault the stay.

Nice hotel right in front of the Mekong river you can see Thailand in the opposite side of river. Nothing much going on in the area but only 5-10mins walk you can find restaurants in the evening and walk to night market along the river In room service food is great. They do have pool and gym and rooftop bar with happy hour option

The hotel is very new and the stuff can speak fluent English.

he staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Beautiful hotel located in front of the Mekong river between the airport and the nigh market. We loved the view and walking along the Mekong. There are nice restaurants and nightclubs nearby. The room was clean and modern with a lovely balcony. The breakfast was delicious with a great choice of Laotian and western food. There were a few minor issues, the TV wasn’t working, the rooftop terrace was hosting a private party so we couldn’t fully enjoy it, and there weren’t some supplies in the room such as ear buds, sleepers, toothbrush, etc. we tried to order them using the hotel app but it didn’t work. Anyway, we did love the place and we’ll definitely come back. Totally recommend.

We love it here! It has a nice river and city view! The room is clean. The breakfast is okay, and the drinks in the restaurant are awesome! They’ve got a free shuttle to go to the night market.

Good location. Quiet. Good service. There’s no paper slippers. Air conditioner has smell but they fix it In next day. Clean room but pillow cover a little not clean. Fast service. Acceptable breakfast , there’re made to order menu.

The Eastin is a wonderful hotel! This is our second time staying in this hotel, and it was better than the first time which I didn’t think possible. Great location, beautiful room, clean, and the service is excellent. They offer free transportation to the night market and the main tourist area. The breakfast is amazing which is always a bonus.

Gym needs a/c and pool area needs more lounging chairs. Service can be a bit faster when ordering food and drinks. Servers didn’t know how to make most of the drinks on the menu. Ordered food at the pool area and it came cold and didn’t taste so good even after they had to rewarm it.

Wonderful hotel and facilities! Gym, swimming pool, restaurant, rooftop, bar. You can just spend the whole day in the hotel and have a great and relaxing time.
