Ulasan Eastin Hotel Vientiane

The Eastin is a wonderful hotel! This is our second time staying in this hotel, and it was better than the first time which I didn’t think possible. Great location, beautiful room, clean, and the service is excellent. They offer free transportation to the night market and the main tourist area. The breakfast is amazing which is always a bonus.

Hotel is new and very well maintained. The staff from porter, counter check-in to breakfast floor are courteous and always greet us with a smile. Room is very spacious and comfy. Breakfast choice is superbly well spread and tasty. The hotel even has free shuttles for pick-up and drop-off which is handy for first time visitor like us to get our bearing in Vientiane. All aspects are outstanding and above our expectations. Highly recommended.

Since I was only staying for a night, I chose a hotel close to the airport. Pretty easy to get a ride from app when I need to return to the airport. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast spread was good, with them taking your order for eggs. When I checked in, kept asking me to scan a QR code and said it's necessary, but never exactly explained. I said I'll scan inside my room but the guy told me it's not available inside the room. As such, I still didn't know what was the purpose, I didn't do it eventually.

Using a nice app for services with the chat avaialbe 24/7. However, guest should check the amenities availability and order before get in the bathroom Locarion on the bank of Mekong river, can see nice sunset and sunrise.

The Easton Hotel in Vientiane exceeded my expectations in every way. The modern and elegant design, coupled with impeccable service, created a truly enjoyable stay. It was a good stay. A free welcome drink as we arrived. Pool was good. Breakfast was good. Staff was really good and accommodating.

Unfortunately my experience here didn’t line up with the high reviews and reputation i thought this hotel had. Power went out and the backup generators don’t support AC, it was a hot night, and hard to sleep. The walls are also thin, I heard people doing certain things through the walls at 1:30am

Friendly staff made the hotel a wonderful stay, they provided free shuttle to and fro, a nearby tourist spot + night market, so can save some money in that sense. View of thailand just opposite. Using of an app for almost all the facilities is pretty new and smart as well. Friendly staff, good stay, will consider staying again

Look and feel of a 5 star hotel without the 5 star price,wonderful staff,excellent breakfast ,extremely spacious rooms and excellent location on the Mekong River,can't wait to go back!

Stayed for 1 night before the flight. Location close to the airport but far from main attractions. However, if you flight is next day - it’s great. Breakfast open till 11:30 am, lots of variety. Greta roof top bar/restaurant (prices are much higher than in regular restaurants though) , but hotel gave me complimentary glass of wine, can’t complain

A really beautiful hotel with warm, friendly staff. The rooms are small but adequate and clean. Breakfast has a good range of options, including being able to order eggs any style. This hotel Is about a 2km walk from town. Is an easy walk if it is a cool day! Unfortunately the pool is having maintenance done so is out of use for a short time. The rooftop bar and restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Happy hour from 5-7pm is a perfect way to watch the sunset over the river. Thanks Eastin Hotel for a lovely stay.
