I recently stayed at Ibis Vientiane Nam Phu and had an exceptional experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and spotless common areas, making my stay very comfortable. The location is ideal, conveniently positioned close to key spots in Vientiane, making it easy to explore the city. The service was impeccable—staff members were consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive to all my needs. They went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The amenities were well thought out, and everything worked perfectly, making my experience seamless and enjoyable. Room are small but new and good location. Doing laundry in the hotel is very expensive

Comfortable beds, great place to sleep, and great staff. Near the action, but not in the action. This was my second time here.

This is simply the best hotel I’ve ever booked on Trip. Trip often has disappointing hotels but this was a gem. Excellent rooms and courteous staff in a central location.

The hotel is an excellent location with excellent service staff. However amenities like toothbrush hair shampoo were not provided. Tourist attractions and eateries are close by. Overall a value for money stay.

The bed was soft and the aircon worked great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient. Would stay here again.

The room is tiny as other ibis does, 95% similar design. Have to ask for the amenities and they would provide me some like collecting from somewhere else. Though the power socket are universal, it is unable to anchor my plug into it with different type of adaptors. Similar thing happened when I started at bangkok ibis. The staff are friendly and helpful. But the hotel location seems not so close to the tourist area.

This was my second time staying here as their quality of service has improved and so has the product itself. The staff was courteous and rooms were clean. The quality of food and the variety of items in the breakfast has increased widely. I also like the location of this hotel as it is near "nanping night walking street". I am certainly going to stay at this hotel on my return visit to Kunming once again.
