It should stay Hotel in Laos.The room is good,the breakfast buffet is very good.Swimming pool and skybar is excellent.

The location is nearby central bus station and a lot of places to visit. Good service and good places to stay

Hotel is on a great location in city center. Service was correct. Bedsheets were not so clean and the pillow stinks. Swimming pool was good. I took a massage in hotel and it was average, however room for massage was very ugly and that contribute to the experience. Breakfast buffet was good, many choices and good food. Overall not bad for the room price.

Everything was good considering the price of the hotel however the cleaning staff were very loud and extremely annoying at the early hours of the morning. Minibar price list on the fridge but zero items inside. Breakfast was decent. Probably should educate your staff on common courtesy or simply tell them to STFU when guests are trying to sleep. (8AM: Yelling to other cleaning staff way across the hallways that guests have not left their rooms yet is simply not on)

Another great time at this hotel! Close to the local markets and shopping malls. This is our 4th time booking this hotel and it’s been great every time. We will definitely be back again!

Hotel was good the all staff could not understand English but it is ok located not far from talat Sao Shopping mall

The front counter staff had a very indifferent service attitude. I am not sure if this is a language barrier other just couldn’t careless! When requesting something he just walked away without providing a satisfactory answer!

Good hotel for the price compared to others. The breakfast was good here it’s best point

There are rats in this hotel. While I was taking a shower, I was shocked when a rat came in. If there are rats, it means that the hotel is not clean. The choice is yours. 호텔에서 쥐가 나와서 깜짝 놀랐네요 침대시트에 쥐 배설물이. 너무 더러워서 다른 호텔로 옴겼습니다 쥐가 나온다는건 청결하지 않은 호텔갔네요 2박이 남았는데 환불요청했는데 어떻게 될지 의문이네요
