Hotel 4 bintang Vientiane yang Popular

The hotel was convenient and easy to find from the airport. The breakfast hours were awesome and the food was tasty! The view from the pool and my balcony were enticing and relaxing. The front desk staff helped to call me taxis to get around the city. The room was spacious and clean. The tv even had English movie channels and a station dedicated to football! I would certainly stay if I came back to Vientiane.

Nice hotel, staff is very friendly and professional! I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM and check in was very simple. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom was also very nice especially the shower. Are used the pool daily and it is also well-maintained. The manager Paul and his staff do a wonderful job. I rented a motor scooter, and that made getting around much easier, but that being said, there are plenty of opportunities to hook up with group to go see the site. I recommend this hotel for a budget conscience travelers. 

Everything was good considering the price of the hotel however the cleaning staff were very loud and extremely annoying at the early hours of the morning. Minibar price list on the fridge but zero items inside. Breakfast was decent. Probably should educate your staff on common courtesy or simply tell them to STFU when guests are trying to sleep. (8AM: Yelling to other cleaning staff way across the hallways that guests have not left their rooms yet is simply not on)

One main issue is that this hotel is not environment friendly. Rooms are containing aircons but it is barely closed. The hole in the wall which is used to connect indoor and outdoor units is not sealed at all. Windows have a huge gap and unable to be closed tight. Also there is no sound privacy. It's easy to hear if your neighbors having sex.

Good location and great room that has a bath. Older building. 2 things I don’t like. It’s a 4 star hotel but the gym whole good is falling apart almost everything is broken. Hotel is too lazy to fix and another offensive thing is a ************ mafia fake massage shop sharing the hotel car park where they probably get commission. So much for a conservative country it’s illegal but in Laos I guess you just need a bribe. It’s offensive because the government and hotel have given approval yet it carriers a huge prison term for foreigners doing that in the country some of there laws are like North Korea even worse then China

⭐︎設備⚪︎ ⭐︎スタッフも⚪︎ 日本人でも心配ないクラスのホテルです。 フランス時代のレトロホテルがあればーとレトロが好きなのでこちらを予約。かなり綺麗なのでフランス時代の建物ではないかもだけど、パトゥーサイの近くに泊まりたかったのも選んだ理由の一つです。フランス時代古いガチ系なら三千円台でもいいかなーと思ってましたが、下調べで物価も安いし治安もちょっと気をつけろレベルとのことでしたので、安すぎる宿はやばいかなと、少し高めのこちらに。 昼間は藤井聡太くん似の優しそうだけどテキパキしたスタッフが対応してくれました。 予約時のリクエストも確認済みで、少しパトゥーサイの見える上の方の3階？上から二番目でした。 シンク等はアメリカンなんちゃら〜のやつで、それ以外の設備も日本メーカーだったりで安心感がありました。 流しやシャワーの詰まりもなかった。 シンプルだけど朝食付きで6千円台なら文句なしな感じ。 ただ、私の出国が23時台だったので チェックアウト後に荷物を預けて、可能であればスパか空き部屋のシャワーを借りたいと思ってました。 レイトチェックアウトが特典についてたので14時チェックアウトにして。 フロントの藤井聡太くん似の彼に朝食後に伝えると次のカスタマーがくるとのこと。 私はチェックアウトまで外出して戻って荷造りしてシャワーを浴びる予定でしたが、 14時前に次のカスタマーのスーツケースを私の部屋に置きにきました、、、 まさかそんなに早いとは思わず、、、 慌てて用意して14時頃に降りたけど次のカスタマーが彼に　もぅ15分も待ってるんだぞ！前の客はどーなってんだ！的に詰め寄ってました汗 準備の遅い私も悪いと思いますが、他の部屋はガラ空きなのに なんでわざわざ同じ部屋にしたんや、、、と思いました笑 コスト削減で稼働する部屋を決めてるのかもだけど。 掃除はきちんとしてる感じでしたし。 彼にお詫びのお菓子渡したけど苦笑いでした、、、 （因みに箱入りの千円以下のちょっとちゃんとしたやつ。でもホテル玄関のスタッフに抹茶のキットカットをお土産であげたんですが日本だと3、400円なのにラオスはショッピングモールで千円しててびっくりした） 荷物を預けてまた外出して、夜に戻ると別の30代から40代くらいの男性スタッフに変わってました。 藤井聡太くんがシャワーを借りるのにいくらか支払うと言ったらOKしてくれたのですが、金額がまだわからないとのことで、この人に聞いたら、この人もわからんとのこと。 でも藤井聡太くんが夜の人に聞いてってゆってたというと、夜のスタッフは50？といったように思ったので その時私は5万キップ（500円弱）でいいのか！やす！と思いつつ、 空き部屋の2階の部屋に通してくれました。 シャワーを浴びてる最中、支払額のやり取りの際に スタッフが　（シャワーを使ったら）掃除をしないといけないから〜　と言ってたのでもしかして15やったんかな！？ 私の勘違い！？ 六千円以上するホテルなので2千円程シャワー代に残してて。やっぱり15万（千五百円ほど）かなと 15万渡すと多すぎ、とのこと。10万でも多いと。 5万でよかったみたい。お釣りないとのことでしたが、その人が探しに行ってる間に、わたしの手持ちにあったので五万キップでいけました。でも本当は15万のような気が、、、（私の英語力がそんなになのでいつもは電卓で確認して交渉してる）安くなったからいいけど。 で、タクシーも呼んでくれるとのことで 頼んで、少しチップを渡しました。 アプリ（安い）で呼んだっぽくて、いくらかゆわれたんですが、よく聞き取れなくて　？って顔してると100（10万キップ）でいいって言ってくれました。また結局安くなった感じ このスタッフさんは普通にタクシーとかの人らと変わらん感じなのか、値切れてるっぽくてもやもやしました笑 まぁ安いのでいいんですが。 アプリなので普通のうーばー的な感じでしたが、支払いはドライバーに渡しました。スタッフさんが後でいくらかもらったのかは謎。 因みに空港からはタクシーの受付で130万ちょいだったので 帰りはそれより安いのは分かってましたかまだ100万キップならそこそこ安いのかなと言った感じ。アプリなら本当はもっと安いかもですが、、、 そこらへんはなんかモヤモヤしましたが、金額が知れてるのと とりあえずちゃんと対応してくれたので良いです。 ホテルからの観光は、歩いて直ぐにパトゥーサイがあるのでそこでトゥクトゥクが拾えます。ただ、公園の手前でポツンと路上で休んでる人とか少し外れた場所の方がいいかも。公園の中のメイン的な人らはいくら？って聞いたらかなりぼったくり価格だったので交渉すらする気にならなかった。（数百円の距離を千円以上でゆってくる） あと備品は水、シャンプー、ボディーソープはOKなレベル。普段シャンプー類は持参のものを使うのですが手洗い石鹸は今回使わせてもらったら、あまり泡立たなかったので参考までに。 ベットは結構高さがあるので背の低い人や車椅子の人は乗るのが大変かも。椅子も高かったような、、、 バルコニーは素敵だった！

Nice place for the family. All amenities in place, convinient location. Breakfast is poor though. Very limited offer, if you stay longer it might be an obstacle. Airport pick up very pricy, we paid USD 10 for 10 minute ride, better use loco app to get 3 times cheaper.

Hotel with boutique theme . Pool on roof . Good spread of breakfast n dinning room . Reception are courtesy and helpful . Good value

Bahagian dalamannya bagus dan bersih kerana ia dibuat untuk orang asing. Terdapat banyak restoran berdekatan jadi anda tidak akan menghadapi sebarang masalah. Terdapat juga pasar raya berdekatan. Pemindahan lapangan terbang dan daftar keluar lewat juga merupakan mata tambahan.
