We arrived by train and the hotel was easy to access through the huge shopping mall. Easy and pleasant check in. Wonderful room on the sixth floor; bright and modern with a dynamic view of the estuary. I found the staff at reception very helpful. Quite handy for a couple of bars and restaurants with the old town a short walk (be aware, it’s on a hill) Enjoyed our brief stay.

Traffic was terrible but the staff offered off street parking for $15 which we jumped on. Room was small but spotlessly clean. They serviced the room daily. Desk people went above and beyond in making arrangements for tours and suggesting places to eat and visit. The continental breakfast was well prepared and displayed. View from that terrace overlooking the city. When you first get into the area, you have concerns about the neighborhood. Once you are settled, realize that it’s the graffiti everywhere but the area itself is average folk…Just like us! Within walking distance of old town and pedestrian shopping street.

It's a good hotel because of it's Location anyways it need a bit of work in the rooms. During the stay, which it was winter, the rooms were a bit cold and the heating was for the whole building so you can not turn it on when you need it. The bathroom needs a bit of work and the internet does not work at all even after talking to the Reception few times, the signal was not strong enough. I hope they can fix these issues because they are in a good location and the rooms are good size.

Hotel de una sola estrella y muy caro. La cama cómoda pero ni un solo cajón en la habitación, ni una sola silla o sillón, tienes que sentarte en la cama Baño normalito, limpieza normalita. Sin armario, un hueco con una puerta. De la decoración mejor no hablar y desconchones y humedad en la pared. Se salva la ubicación, bastante céntrico. Buffet igual que si desayunaras en casa. En fin, con lo caro que fue, ni volveré ni lo recomiendo a nadie. Vigo, maravilloso

La habitación estaba limpia y era suficiente para la estancia de una noche que hice. El trato impecable y tuve la suerte de tener plaza de aparcamiento disponible al llegar. La localización es muy buena, al lado de la estación de tren y de un gran centro comercial y a distancia de paseo del puerto.

Nos alojamos del 26/5 al 30/5 y habiamos contrarado una habitación familiar que al llegar fuimos gratamente sorprendidos con que nos darian un suite por cuestiones del hotel...UN LUJO! Excelente atención de TODO el personal del hotel; habitación completa, limpia y confortable. Desayuno variado y rico! Queremos agredecer lo mimos de quienes nos atendian en el bar desayunador por su calidez y gran amabilidad. Inmejorable ubicación y buen precio. ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE!!!

When we stayed here last month, we weren’t told where to eat breakfast so we headed to what looked like the dining area. We passed the bar that supposedly served food (we didn’t see any) and headed in. We were followed by staff who suddenly shouted at us and told us we were in the wrong area. They took our food from us and offered no apology for the mix up. Bizarre treatment from the staff. It didn’t help that we’d all slept poorly the night before due to the walls being so thin!

We started our summer holiday in Vigo and had 4 nights in Maroa hotel. We booked a room with balcony, even though we could see it was a quite small one. Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed help to find a place to buy water for my contact lenses, and they showed me a few places where I might be able to find it, and they were right. The room itself was huge and so was the bathroom. The tv was a bit old and small, and the amount of programmes was very limited, so don't expect to spend time watching TV at night. The balcony was rather small as expected, but could fit a chair out there, where I could sit and read a book. Could have used another chair and maybe a little table, so both of us could have sat outside. Breakfast was good although not the same variety as in a large hotel. However, we got a brilliant service and eggs the way we wanted them each morning. Also the view from the rooftop is amazing at all hours of the day. A strange thing that I've never experienced before, was that the cleaning lady didn't take the tip I had laid on the bed. That was just put on my desk when she cleaned the room. Can recommend this for location, staff, views and breakfast.

Ubicación muy buena prácticamente en el puerto de la ciudad. La habitación muy cómoda y bien distribuida, contando además con una pequeña terraza-balcon con vistas al exterior. Lo mejor, el trato de la chica de recepción, muy atenta y agradable, resolviendo todas nuestras dudas y aconsejandonos lugares para aparcar como alternativa a los parkings públicos (bastante caros en esa zona) y buenos sitios para comer y visitar. Hotel modesto dentro de sus características pero cumpliendo perfectamente las expectativas puestas en él. Volveremos si hay oportunidad.
