We stayed from 27th to 31sr Dec 2023. Really really disappointed hotel’s action and attitude. Experience at this hotel was good but last day( today) was the worst. Our meeting time today at lobby was 8:30 but sea plane departed and departed around 11:30 and we missed our 12:30 flight to go back to our country. I know the weather cannot be controlled but heard there was the guest whose flight was 11:45 and they could catch their flight. The hotel staff at airport said we were not in urgent customer’s list so we missed the flight. Really wonder why other guests could get their flight but we could not? Hotel should take care all guests. If you knew our flight was already closed, we wanted you to inform us before we leave your hotel. Then we can consider how we can do for this situation. Also there are no supports from your hotel. I will not recommend your hotel to anyone and get reluctant to stay again. We expected good hospitality but really we are disappointing now.

Nice island, amazing reef for snorkeling, acceptable food. They should improve night activities and excursions: local island is avoidable.

Hotel pros: a nice house reef, excellent cuisine, very attentive staff (Alia and waiter Nazir are especially welcome), and daily music evenings at the bar. The island is quite large, with plenty of space to explore and activities. Cons: the flight took almost an hour and a half instead of the advertised 35 minutes due to two stopovers. The rooms themselves are a bit tired.

The overall service is good. We had a full board for 6 days. The food was varied and varied, so we were not bored. We participated in the whale shark and manta ray trips and saw them successfully. There are many fish in the house reef, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, Seaplane arranged it poorly. We originally booked for 11am but were notified the night before that we had a 6am flight. After we refused, we were scheduled for 1:15pm, but it was delayed to 2:45pm. The most unsatisfactory thing was that they temporarily offloaded one piece of my luggage. There were 3 of us with 3 large and 1 small luggage, and the other 4 people with 7 large luggage did not need to be offloaded. It was absolutely unfair treatment and infuriating!

We really liked the hotel. Excellent house reef. We took FB food. Everything is delicious. Red fish in the morning. (AI has its own restaurant. We obviously didn't go there) Be sure to take coral slippers in the stove in the water, there are a lot of pieces of coral almost everywhere. You don't need to take regular shoes. You can walk around the island barefoot. You can walk around the whole island in about 30 minutes. Take fins and a mask (or you can rent them there for $15 per day)

It is a very well-kept resort with various environmental sustainability certifications, very quiet (there are no noisy activities, apart from some music after dinner in the bar area). The strong points are the services and care of both the common areas and the rooms, an excellent restaurant which varies the menu daily with "themed" ideas. On the island there is an excellent diving center professionally managed by Euro-divers, perhaps just a little expensive in prices, especially in the case of family packages or other combinations that include a certain number of dives. The island's reef has a good variety of corals and fish and is easily accessible from several points.

The service is good, the food in the restaurant tastes authentic, and the snorkeling is really good, but the rooms on the island are full and a bit noisy. The privacy of the garden room is poor.

It's a great resort. The facilities are not very luxurious, but they are very thoughtful and have everything you need. The water house also has a jacuzzi, which is very enjoyable. The scenery is great, and you can see a lot of things while snorkeling. You can usually see small sharks on the beach while walking around the resort. At this accommodation price, it is a perfect experience. There are very few Chinese people here. I saw two on the first day on the island, but none after that. They were basically European. I brought my family with me for vacation🏖️. The employees were very nice. There was a Chinese-speaking teacher on the first day on the island. My sister helped me check in, but I didn't see him for the next few days. Fortunately, I was able to play well with my loose English. In short, if the budget is limited, this resort is definitely the best choice. You can stay for a few more days. The scenery and services will not be discounted. I will go again if I have the opportunity!

My sister and I stayed in a water villa for 3 nights. Stingrays and blacktip reef sharks swim to the bottom of the pier during the day, and squid at night. 98% of the customers are Westerners, and there are almost no Asians. The full board buffet dinner changed every day and was delicious. The grilled salmon and fruit at breakfast were also great. It's a great resort, except that the toilet in the room was outside and there was no sunshade, so I needed a parasol every time I needed to relieve myself.

A water house with a jacuzzi booked for the last two nights on Island V. In front of the water house is a balcony facing the lagoon, behind it is a jacuzzi, and the bathroom is very large and spacious. You can swim directly into the sea from the balcony. But the next time I come, I will choose the sand house. It is cost-effective and close to restaurants and diving spots.

The room is nice, the food is okay, the best thing is snorkeling, it’s so beautiful, the coral is beautiful. Ctrip’s service is very good, serious and responsible, and helped communicate many times, thank you very much 🙏

Great hotel! The accommodation is clean, the room is large, the service is good, and the food is varied and delicious! Snorkeling Class A lives up to its name!
