Pretty good hotel! The price is reasonable, and the facilities are good. It’s really worthwhile to have a try!

Great hotel, located probably in the best part of town (walking distance to the beach and restaurants). Rooms are spacious and furniture is new. Really friendly team did complementary room upgrade, even though we never asked for it (comparing to some other 5-star hotels in city centre, much better service). Thanks!😊

We visited last week, we were in the area to attend a wedding, it is a lovely boutique hotel, has all the basics to enjoy the stay there, staff very helpful and friendly. It is easy access to the beaches of the area and other attractions, would recommend as a base point from which to explore.

Having stayed in Azur numerous times it is probably one of the hotels that as the time pass is getting worse. Were shall i start: 1. Breakfast room although very nice is getting full so much when the hotel is full. The breakfast itself is at least ridiculous there is no variety, quality is really bad,and above all the service is horendous! It is a buffet service but if you want a coffee you might need to wait fofr about 15 minutes and staff DOES not really care. When you pay500 euros + per day you do not expect that. 2.Room is spacious but the pillows are etxremmely hard so the matress as well. The bathroom is not ventilated so there is a lot of humidity inside and out because of that. But to make things worse the tiles in the shower and outside are a health and safety hazard as it is very easy to slip if you are barefoot which you normally are when you are taking a shower. 3. The private pool is on the shade all day which is fine but that makes the water temperature quite cold. Again when you pay 600 euros + per day you would be expecting a heated pool. 4. No pool towels provided unless you were asking for them. 5. The staff of this hotel is probably the most ignorant i have ever met in my 25 eyears of travelling around the world. The fact that you are in Vouliagmeni does not make any difference. A message to the owners/Management: This hotel with few refinements by your side can be very good. If you do not change things around in a few years and as the hotel is getting older you will have big issues. New hotels are coming in town with better facilities and services so your selling points will have to change. Invest on your ignorant staff train them to take care of the guests!

The Azur was exactly as advertised -- chic, elegant and comfortable. We were here as part of a wedding party and loved the simplicity and quiet. Front desk was very accommodating and we really wanted for nothing during our stay. In fact, when our flight was canceled we returned for a bonus night and were warmly welcomed back. Breakfast was also incredible!

Awful. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting hotel with despicable booking practices. If you need any type of visa, AVOID AVOID AVOID. They have many poor reviews that state the same issue I had as well as terrible rooms and service so I can see that this is not an isolated experience Not fit to be in the hospitality industry. I booked a room directly through their website months before my trip. I even paid a further €350 for an additional night closer to the time. However my Schengen visa was only granted for a date after my booking date. My total booking was worth close to €1000. I pleaded with them to be flexible with my booking as the reason for my cancellation was totally out of my control. I explained the situation and asked if they could be reasonable and come to a compromise such as a partial refund or voucher, and their approach was sickening. They flat out refused and then ignored further emails. It was physically not possible for me to stay there on the days I booked and yet they were happy to steal my money with no recourse. Absolute thieves. How you treat your guests before they arrive is just as important but when dealing with them when I extended my booking they were extremely rude and unhelpful and probably scammers too as they wanted me to supply my credit card details on a word document form which is so unsecured! In 2024 there is no reason not to have a secure payment gateway and I can only thing there is something fishy about that. I have dealt with hundreds of hotels but this place is the only one to have been so inflexible and so uninterested in customer service.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Booked this hotel thorugh an agent on 25AUG23 at 1pm. Checkin was 27AUG23 for 4 nights. Unfortunately we received our passports back from the Greek embassy late afternoon 25AUG only to discover our visa was denied. Contacted the agent and hotel to cancel on 26AUG23. HOTEL REFUSED to give us refund. Begged and pleaded with the hotel to even give us a partial refund, we are prepared to pay even 2 nights penalty or even accept a partial credit to use later and they refused to assist. Explained and sent them documentation proving visa denial to no avail. Gave me a line about peak season and full, which according to their website they still have rooms. Rather find and book elsewhere that values clients more!!

While we were very excited for our stay at Azur, and hate to leave this review since the majority of the staff were very kind, we ran into an issue that the Managerial Staff could care less about and placed all of the blame on the customer... not good. We would not recommend and will be telling all of our Greek families who travel often to Athens to avoid this hotel at all costs. Hotel was clean (for the most part...cleaning staff didn't empty our trash 2-3 days of our staff) and very trendy, the customer service receives a big 0 in our opinion. I am 5 months pregnant, we traveled with our 18 month son, and my husband and I never leave hotel reviews...we never complain, we'll rarely say anything... but when we arrived late at night, we come to find our hotel room AC was not working. We did everything the staff questioned us if we did... - Checked the panel - Made sure the sliding door was shut and lock and handle were in place -Etc. This kept our son up and when we finally got him down, we realized the system wasn't working. If you have kids/babies... you never wake a sleeping baby, hence us in our sweat box of a room. The next morning, my husband went down to the front desk and told them what happened. The receptionist said that they were aware of the AC issues and they'd get back to us. Then walks in the Manager/head of the hotel...what was a pleasant (yes let's see what we can do... turned into... this is somehow our fault). The Manager asked us "so what do you want us to do then?" and gave us rude looks, told us word for word "it was our fault that the AC wasn't working" and only offer to comp us a drink... At the end of tour stay, they ended up giving a 50% off on what we spent at the hotel which was a whopping $30 euros... SO! If you're looking for a rude leadership staff and a free sauna for the price of $280 euros a night... this is your spot... We hate to say this... but we have family that have been looking for a new place to stay in Athens... and we were hoping to tell them this was the place and sadly... it is not. Do... not... stay...here....
