老闆人挺好的，房間收拾的乾淨整齊。有廚房可以使用，帶冰箱和洗衣機，智能電視有許多免費影視劇可以看，非常方便。不過入住期間，樓上的業主不知道是故意的還是素質問題，每天深夜和清早，主卧都能聽到哐的巨大震響，影響休息。我睡眠比較淺，本來想再續住一段時間的，也就作罷。

第N次到海南，但是第一次到文昌，先在通過攜程網上的聯繫方式與老闆聯繫，老闆根據我的要求推薦房型下訂。房型實景與圖片高度一致，海景一級棒。工作人員也及時與我聯繫，詳細介紹了文昌的景點與美食，並給我發了他們自己整理的文昌吃喝玩樂的攻略，真的是非常好👍🏻。後面由於我自己的原因，工作人員二話不説的聯繫同事給我換房。新換到的是一個新小區，小區離海邊也很近，而且環境非常好，配套設施齊全。而且負責這個小區的工作人員大晚上的在小區門口接我們，非常詳細的介紹小區周邊的環境，並且給我説了買海鮮的地方，及大型的超市位置。剛好這幾天海南海上雷雨預警，小孩不能下海玩耍，就在小區的游泳池也玩的一樣開心。畢竟假期有限，意猶未盡的回程。期待明年的假期旅行，如到文昌一定會再選閲海小築。

We only stayed one night in this hotel as we were passing through on our way to Wanning, but we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. A small plate of fruit was also delivered to the room for free in the evening. The pool is great and is directly opposite the beach. The breakfast was ok. A good selection of both Chinese and Western food. Last year we stayed at a Wyndham hotel in Clear Water, but this one was much better.

帶着孩子和長者來看火箭發射，住了兩天非常滿意。小區很好找，環境也很好。房間很乾凈。準備了一次性的毛巾和浴巾非常貼心。房間的景色太美了，正面看淇水灣海灘，前面就是希爾頓酒店，有時間坐在陽台的吊椅上喝杯咖啡很享受啊。房主人特別好，我退房的時候把行李忘在房間。房主沒在附近還拜託朋友來送鑰匙。萬分感謝。

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an exceptional experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning seaview that made our stay truly memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Bella, who provided us with detailed information about the local area and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. An exceptional highlight was when we accidentally left some belongings behind after checkout. Mindy went above and beyond to assist us. She took the initiative to post our items to our next hotel in a different city and even covered the cost herself. Overall, the staff were exceedingly helpful, and their outstanding service made our stay extraordinary. Highly recommended!
