Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport (M4/J4) Hotel

Nice little room, however spider was found in the room and the room is too far away from lift

the hotel is in dire need of updating, nothing like Lenny Henry advertises on TV. rooms are dated, not particularly welcoming, air con unit was hanging from the ceiling, stains all over carpets from reception through hallways into the bedrooms, along with badly marked walls: we travelled together as a family over 2 rooms. given one room on the first floor and the other on the 2nd floor, ( 1 double and one twin ) given 2 doubles and 3rd bed thrown in one room for good measure, again nothing like the photos shown : by the time we arrived late Sunday night we were too tired to even try to resolve. Reception is basic no information provided about breakfast timings or anything : just here is your key. first impressions when you arrive car park barrier is broken and not even one on the exit side: unlike the pictures they show barriers as well. hence restless sleep thinking about car security : Outside bins were over flowing with rubbish, probably why we saw 2 foxes milling about. one of the lifts were out of order. not sure how ling it had been like that not sure what was going on in our room but windows were wide open upon arrival at 10pm at night, maybe to get rid of the smell in the Hotel:? the pictures on there site are not what rooms you get, these are clearly based on another Premier Inn experience, no branding throws cushions, not even glasses just 2 mugs, white duvet covers just thrown on the beds. one to avoid unless you want to be disappointed i am sure in the area there are better chain hotels to stay at

Again a quick stay at this hotel but as before a lovely stay good food and friendly staff again. We have stayed here before as close to the airport and the amenities are what we require for our stay. Carpark is a good price so not expensive. Will use again
