The people who work at this hotel could not have been nicer.
They have a shuttle bus that not only takes you to and from the airport but also runs to downtown West Palm Beach.
The free breakfast is really good. Excellent coffee, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, english muffins, make your own waffles and more.

Thee Manager was very professional and attended to my issue right and away. Dejon and the Spanish young lady was very helpful and patient.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property seemed older, and had limited updates. The property was impeccably clean, but did show some wear. Overall, for a short stay, I’d go here again.

Too expensive for the service received. Gave us the room next to the elevator and the noise didn't let us rest. Not coming back

Stayed here one night returning from a cruise. Staff was friendly, hotel was close to the airport and had a restaurant available at the Hilton garden inn to get dinner.

Unfortunately the first room I was assigned upon check-in was occupied. It was a not a good experience and made me feel unsafe that the same could happen to me. I was reassigned from occupied room on second floor to the fourth floor.

Property was nice, clean, and centrally located. I didn't like the room I chose due to the adjoining room with unknown guests but other than that the front desk staff was awesome and friendly. I will be booking again in the future but will definitely read the room options very carefully first!

I usually at thr Embassy Suites nearby but they were filled for my dates. Glad i cam by this hotel. It was pretty decent and Ms. Laurie at front desk was super welcoming!

Missi was very helpful with my check-in process. I was having a bad day and her kindness and genuine caring really made my evening. The hotel was nice and clean, and Missi was the best!

It was a fine stay, it wasnjust for a night since I had a 6am flight. My room was a but noisy since it eas on the 1st floor and inwas woken by people yelling in the hallway at 3am. I also requested a 4am shuttle to the airport the night before and got there 10mins early. I waited an extra 30mins since the shuttle driver was late. They said he had a lot of pickups but the shuttle was empty and the guy seemed loke he overslept, not very helpful with my bags either. Very unprofessional, since shuttles should never be late. I had to hussle through the airport and almost missed my flight.
