Ulasan Sheraton Grand Danang Resort & Convention Center

Breakfast was delicious. So many different things for breakfast (indian, chinese, western and of course vietnamese) Resorts is 30min by taxi to han market (central Danang) They had some special offers for dinner and brunch during the christmas days. All were delicious. The staff was very kind. Especially ci and yv were so nice. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Had a great stay, loved the breakfast selection. The staff were attentive and polite.

The hotel offers excellent amenities, and the restaurant staff are exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist. Every area of the property is impeccably maintained and spotless. The quality of the food is outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Grand Danang. The only downside is that the bedroom doors do not effectively block outside noise, making it easy to hear activity in the hallways or from neighboring rooms. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily return to this beautiful hotel for another stay.

Feedback on Sheraton Grand: During my recent stay, the reception service crew member, Thanh Vo, did not collect the payment from me since the booking indicated payment over the counter. This created inconvenience, as I had to contact the counter to settle the payment. Additionally, the hotel required extra procedures to process the credit card payment. Throughout this process, I had to make calls, reply to emails, and follow up, which was highly inconvenient. I hope Sheraton Grand can take note of this issue and work on improving the guest experience. Feedback on Trip.com: I would recommend adding a reminder message for users booking rooms during midnight hours (after 12 am) to avoid confusion regarding the booking date. This would help ensure users select the correct date and prevent errors during late-night bookings.

Very huge infinity pool where ppl can even kayak in it! Highly recommend to go for the breakfast with pretty decent spread and good coffee, even better than some cafe in Vietnam. Location is between danang and hoi ann it's good for those wishes to visit the 2 places but not for party goer as there are nothing nearby. Nevertheless, can easily get a grab to go around so the remote location is not an issue. Service was superb

The service is great and friendly. The breakfast buffet is of a large variety of food to choose. The seaside is of great view. But unfortunately, the weather is rainy. In general, it is of great experience of sty.

I mean it’s a luxury hotel so everything is very good from staff to cleanliness. Although for such an ‘expensive’ hotel I would have at least expected a tv with YouTube or Netflix for the rainy days. Also the beach restaurant had bad service.

Great service. Good in house restaurants serving delicious food, must try the grill for their steak. Love the 250m pool and in room dining option. Perhaps the only downside is the hotel is popular for business events which may be disruptive to the otherwise tranquil environment

Pool is fantastic for couple and kids. The breakfast is also decent.
