The staff wouldn't get out of their way to assist us in getting to the hotel, even in heavy snow. It was a waste of a phone call. On arrival, their attitude was consistently cold. The hotel is dated, basking in its past glory. Most staff are cold, but a handful of them are very friendly and helpful (most of them are cleaners), considering we stayed 2 weeks, we have come across many staff members. The kitchen is very basically equipped with poor quality equipment. The balcony door is poorly sealed, there's a constant draught into the room. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was its billiard room, but it's in their bar, I thought it would be family friendly. Situated close to the Gondola, great for skiers. I don't recommend it for families, and it's poor value for money.

Centrally situated so great for access to bars, shops and the gondolas and car parks. Four of us shared a 2 bedroomed apartment which had full kitchen, just enough pots and pans etc. and a bathroom each so it was roomy enough for the week. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were fine, lots of hot water and washing machine and dryer in room a bonus especially since we had been travelling around for 2 weeks before our stay. Only downside was noise from nearby bars but this stopped before midnight. Light sleepers might find earplugs useful. Extra tips if you are staying for a few days, buy s 360 summer pass for much cheaper access to gondolas if you want to make more than one trip and visit municipal office to get monthly parking pass for car parks 4 and 5. You still have to move the car each day but it's only $25 for s month rather than $14 a day...

It is a beautiful hotel. The suite was generously sized with a lovely deck for drinks and a spacious living room … Great pool with all day sun. The breakfast was the only thing I found rather limited and interesting… … Close walk to everything and really a superb location .

The Fairmont Whistler is a very nice property and super central. However, we felt that it was generally over-priced and they pushed the limit the whole time there on the various non-room charges. C$50 resort fee. C$50 per night for parking. C$200 for buffet breakfast for 4. The cost of our stay easily doubled. On top of that, they seem to lack the capacity to service all of their guests. Breakfast lines were very long and we waited 45 minutes for our valet. On top of this, our rooms were not ready at 4pm per their guarantee and, once we received the keys, they didn't work. Lines at the front desk were super long as well. We have stayed at the Four Seasons Whistler as well and will return there next time. The guest experience there is much better.

Hotel room was good and spacious for opening of luggages. The stay there was quiet. It would be good if free parking could be provided at the hotel. The room could also have more table top space to allow people to put their things there.

The location right in the village is perfect for dining and shopping. Access to trails are also convenient. The room is on the small size and so are the beds. But the room looks like it has been renovated with new furniture and new bathroom counter and tub as well. Swimming pool is on the small size as well as the jacuzzi.

With the history of this hotel of over 20 years, the overall cleanliness and maintenance is very much above average. I like the location right beside the mountain. I did use the swimming pool for a bit and it was relatively small given many tourists would use it in summer time. It has a jacuzzi inside and it was nice. The staffs are very friendly and nice and welcoming so another good experience to share.

This hotel is good in vie if cleanliness and friendly staff. The bed is comfortable. The staff at reception counter is so nice and welcoming to offer different information to us including parking, dining and sightseeing. The location is good, close to Parking lot 4, less than 5 minutes walk. I would love to stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our brief stay (July 19-July 21 2024) at Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside. Our room was very clean, compact but comfortable. And we enjoyed a lovely view from our balcony. This resort is so conveniently located to both the Whistler Village and to the Blackcomb Village areas. So many restaurants and shopping areas and trails to choose from! This is by far, our favorite accommodation. We also have stayed several times at The Westin Resort. The bed was very comfortable, and the towels in the bathroom were quite soft. The kitchen is very compact but is equipped with all the basic pots and pans and utensils. We decided to bring our bikes with us and were quite confident in the very secure bike/ski storage area. Our bikes were tagged and the staff person carefully checked the claim tags to the bike tags and the storage area is very close to the Front Desk. The Dublin Pub is next to the Pan Pacific and we enjoyed breakfast and lunch there as needed. The serving staff are not only friendly and talkative, but very prompt and attentive. All our interactions with the Pan Pacific Mountainside staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. No question that we would be very happy to keep returning.

One of the best stay I’ve ever experience. Clean and very convenient, nearby the places like the village center where we can hang out. We enjoyed the pool as well. Me and my daughter enjoy our stay. The staff are very polite and helpful. Iam booking in the same hotel soon.
