The hotel's location is great, very convenient for transportation. The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic, making for a really good experience. The room was spotless and came with complimentary water and tea bags. The night view of the Yalu River Broken Bridge from here is beautiful. The front desk staff were truly very warm and friendly.

This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

This high-rise sea-view king room in Dalian truly exceeded my expectations! The high floor offers unobstructed views that are absolutely stunning. The floor-to-ceiling windows frame the blue sea, sky, and cross-sea bridge like a natural painting. Waking up in bed, the entire ocean stretches before you, perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening – even just staring out is incredibly romantic. The room was spotlessly clean, and the king-size bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. Falling asleep to the faint sound of waves, I had a great night's sleep until morning; every detail showed thoughtful care. The location is also super convenient, close to Xinghai Square and surrounding shopping areas, making it effortless to get around and enjoy dining. This room truly made my Dalian trip incredibly happy – definitely worth booking!

When I ask to print out the invoice of 2 nights stay at the check-out desk, the person did not give me any invoice. I do not understand whether this is their regulation or not. I was expecting to receive the invoice for the 2 nights stay as usual. The reception did not even answer to my request on May 31st when she can give or not. If the person did not understand my English, then there should be a person to speak in English at least in the reception for Check-in and Check-out. That's is why I have chosen Sheraton hotel. It was no pleasant morning.

This is a designer hotel, definitely from the master's pen. I don't know if the Achilles and Achilles are a design team. The hotel is good everywhere. This service is difficult to say. Maybe the northerners have a strong personality. Such a luxurious hotel has no service. It's a pity for this store. The design is so good, the room is big enough, the park is very exquisite, and the porridge at night is also very good. It can be said that the boss is very attentive and the team is very pulling. It's a pity! In fact, I came to Jinzhou for this store.

Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.

To all my friends visiting Dandong, this is definitely the place to choose! It's understated but incredibly well-appointed. Even though it's not listed as a high-star hotel online, the interior facilities and amenities are on par with, if not better than, many high-star establishments. The decor and ambiance are lovely and very welcoming. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and attentive, always happy to help with anything you need. The rooms have everything you could want, and the hardware facilities are top-notch – even a smart toilet! As for cleanliness, it's impeccable; not a speck of dust anywhere, even the corners are spotless. Overall, everything about this place is excellent. Plus, it's super convenient for dining, right outside are the Broken Bridge and Pier No. 1, and the night view of the Yalu River is fantastic, especially the colorful lights on the Broken Bridge which make for amazing photos! It's definitely worth a visit, highly recommended.

Facilities: The hotel's facilities are quite old, and the rooms aren't very spacious, but overall, they are well-maintained, especially considering it's a nearly 30-year-old hotel. Cleanliness: Initially, I found some minor cleanliness issues in the room. I contacted Manager Ning from the front desk, and she promptly arranged a room change and offered appropriate compensation. Overall, I was very satisfied with my two-day stay. Service: Throughout my stay, Manager Ning was always very friendly and greeted me warmly, whether in the lounge, lobby, or elevator. In short, she provided a very welcoming experience for guests. I would definitely come back again! Dining: The breakfast was very rich and varied, and there was also an à la carte menu available in the lounge. This menu featured many local specialties, such as kidney bean and clam noodles, oyster omelets, sea cucumber noodles, and so on. The overall quality of the food, whether for breakfast or happy hour, was very high.

I have to give a huge shout-out to Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager at Hilton Shenyang Shimao! During my recent stay, I wasn't feeling well and had limited mobility, so I reached out to her just to see if she could help. Alisa was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive throughout. Without a moment's hesitation, she proactively offered to pick up my takeout from the hotel entrance and even delivered it right to my room. Her attention to detail was exceptional! She not only solved my immediate problem but also made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for. Her professionalism and genuine care were truly touching, and I feel so lucky to have experienced such amazing service during the Chinese New Year of the Horse. Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'll definitely choose Hilton Shimao again, and I'll be looking for Alisa!

During the Chinese New Year, our family of three traveled to Shenyang and stayed at the Hotel Jen, managed by Shangri-La Group. The hotel is centrally located, right next to the subway, and offers free parking for those who drive, making access incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy. The two-bedroom, one-living room suite was perfect for families with older children. The living room was spacious and comfortable, and the walk-in closet was huge. It had a microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator, which is great for longer stays. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety. Even though there were many guests during Chinese New Year, food was replenished quickly, and the service was prompt. As southerners, my family especially loved the mini wontons, sticky corn, sausages, and various stir-fried vegetables, which were all delicious. The soy milk and congee were also quite good. This hotel offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely recommend it to any friends visiting Shenyang in the future.
