What can I say a gem of a hotel within easy walking distance to the town square, the staff were warm and welcoming, the room we had was a deluxe double that overlooked a church and was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, the only negative and this is very minor we struggled to find the entrance at first on arrival not realising we needed to go down an alley way at the front of the building. Thanks for a lovely stay we would not hesitate to use this hotel again 🥰

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Altus Wrocław. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the design is absolutely beautiful — luxurious, elegant, and truly “wow” from the moment you walk in. The interior details are impressive and give a very high-end feeling. The staff were friendly, warm, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. All of the amenities feel premium and well-maintained. The room itself was fantastic — stylish, comfortable, and very well equipped. Another big advantage is the location. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it very easy to travel around the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wrocław!

It's about a 10-minute walk from Wrocław Central Station. There's a convenience store nearby, and tram and bus routes run through the area, making transportation convenient. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

What a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again.

Generalnie mam bardzo mieszane uczucia.  1 smaczne śniadania z karty jeżeli chodzi o bufet to jest śmieszny, lepie jakby go nie było. Dwa soki do wyboru, z owoc jabłka i gruszki :) a pamiętajmy że to hotel 5 gwiazdkowy. Nawet miodu do herbaty nie ma. Więc porównując to z konkurencyjnym hotelem całkiem niedaleko w tej samej cenie to nie wiem za co się płaci tyle za śniadanie. 2.  Zdjęcia pokojów na trip były lekko inne niż w rzeczywistości. Brakowało obrazu na ścianie i fotela żeby gdzieś usiąść 3  Kosmetyki bez marki słabej jakości. Przesuwające Skórę. Nie ma nawet etykiety żeby przeczytać skład.

The hotel is nice and the shower room is really big. Just only the location a little bit far away from old town. It has a supermarket nearby.

The perfect Wrocław base Stayed four nights here on a work trip that turned into a proper city break — and the Wyndham delivered on every front. The location is unbeatable; you’re right in the heart of the Old Town with everything on your doorstep. Rooms are generously sized with beds you genuinely don’t want to leave. Everything feels fresh, modern and spotlessly maintained throughout. Breakfast deserves a special mention — an impressive spread, impressively run. Even at peak times the team kept it well-stocked, clean and moving smoothly. No chaos, no empty trays. No gripes whatsoever. I’ll be back.

A localização é imposto ter outro melhor. Todo muito rápido e independente. Esperava uma geladeira no apartamento mas isso não havia e deveria estar escrito mas nem busquei saber pois esperava isso como dentro do padrão. Tive um problema na primeira noite com o sostenga de iluminação e refrigeração do quarto porque não é fácil pata quem é hóspede e tampouco tem alguma instrução. A luz do banheiro é pior sensor e demora um tempo incrivelmente largo para apagar. O ar condicionado do acionado e desligado põe um botão de chave geral. O pior ficou por conta das luminárias de leitura da cama. Apertei todos os botões e não desligavam por nada desse mundo. No final tive que desligar um botão espécie de chave de energia onde desliga o ar condicionado e essas luzes (qual a lógica de estarem ligado juntos?!) Como consequência tive que abrir a fresta das janelas e sofrer com o barulho da rua de madrugada e amanhecendo com forte cheiro de cigarro. Uma noite preciosa desperdiçada. O atendimento foi bom, não ótimo, pois houve pedidos de desculpas mas não houve qualquer tentativa de agrado. O colchão é demasiado macio e os travesseiros totalmente fofos causando muito desconforto. Coloquei aqui uma foto que encontrei do hotel do ano de 1945

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast is superb and has a lot of variety. The spa and the gym are on the smaller side, but both facilities offer everything you need. What I loved especially was the location close to the cathedral and how quiet it was for such a central location.

A lovely hotel traditional hotel in the old town - it even has a Wroclaw Dwarf outside. Clean hotel with friendly staff and excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Highly recommended
