This was a great place to stay very clean. The reason for the four star overall rating is because it states there are an arcade/game room however there was not. My boyfriend and I are kids at heart and that is one reason I got this place. We were kinda heartbroken but we still had fun

It started out great but then we decided to add another week because we loved it so much. We were told wed need to change condos because the one we were in was going down for maintenance soooo after three trips and 45 minutes we were finally put into a new condo which is up four flights of stairs to makeatters worse we can back today to find that after walking up all the stairs our keys weren't working.

The rooms were clean and spacious but that is where the compliments end. The hot tub was useless and not relaxing at all. We waited until 9pm in the hopes of relaxing for a bit and were unfortunately unable to. About 2 dozen children were using the indoor pool which was absolutely fine except that the parents were allowing them to use the hot tub as an extra pool for jumping in despite adults trying to soak quietly. We even mentioned it to the front desk and were told Security would be down to fix the situation. Security waited 45 minutes until 9:55 and simply told every one including us that it was time to leave as the pool closes at 10. Upon returning to our rooms, we were greeted to the sound of screaming children and stomping both in the room beside and above us until well after 11. If you are looking to have a relaxing hotel, this is probably not the best option.

Check in was great everyone was super friendly and helpful!!! Got to room it was much better in person beautiful nice and clean stocked with everything and everything was working stayed 3 nights they sent messages every morning making sure everything was going good and if we needed anything they were there to help and wished us a great day I thought that was really cool and nice!!! Didn’t want to leave lol will definitely stay again can’t wait also inside pool and hot tub were working we didn’t get in forgot bathing suits but it looked really nice!!!!!

I give excellent ratings for the property and the staff (i.e. front desk, hosekeeping, maintenance, security, management & etc.). In my opinion Greensprings Resort it's a hidden treasure that I discovered last year and this is my second year visiting this beautiful Resort.

My experience here was awesome, however I never got back my $140 dollar deposit till date and that left a sour taste in my mouth. But as regards the facility it was awesome.
