Ulasan Winchester Royal Hotel

Fantastic staff , kind and helpful. Great location , beautiful surroundings. But the hotel needs to be updated as the room was tired , stained , damaged light shade these details are overlooked

Parking space is not guaranteed. The room is big, but the bed is not in a good condition.

Friendly staff who were helpful with giving advice about local activities and restaurants. Lovely garden, big comfy bed and well furnished room. Slight mix up about payment on leaving, but resolved with out too much hassle.

The hotel is well located in the centre of town however parking and access by car was a big problem; we had to park a mile away. Our room (and those of other travellers) wasn't ready on arrival. The room was in the main building; the bed was comfortable and the room had usual amenities. The shower was a little dated. We used the bar which was comfortable although overly busy due to two large parties booked in for events that evening. The bartender, Micky, coped really well with the large number of customers from the events. Breakfast included a good choice of hot and cold options and service was good. We felt the hotel tariff was over-priced even allowing that we visited for the Christmas market in December.

我訂的是最貴的那個 房間不錯 很大 就是有點老 如果去那邊玩還是推薦的 離市中心那邊很近 服務也不錯 衞生也還可以

房間與價格算是匹配，12鎊的早餐不錯，比外面的實惠。在結算時出了問題，多算了兩晚房費，我發現後又回到酒店找工作人員退還，但是在最終回到銀行還是少了十幾鎊，也許是貨幣兑換差價？税？酒店郵箱地址錯誤，溝通不暢。攜程客服熱情，但是似乎效果不大。

酒店的歷史曾經是地區主教的房子跟天主教徒的祕密集會中心，在面對草坪的餐廳用餐令人心曠神怡。

真的不錯，我喜歡他們那裡的bar 裏的吃的。好吃哎

各方面都不錯
