This little hotel is wonderful for many reasons. First, needed a different room for the trip that I was on due to the fact that our organization usually has a social networking time in whatever suite I get put into. The first room was not suitable for this and I went to the front desk and asked for another room more suitable. Even though they were full capacity they still were able to make it work and get me a room that was perfect. Kudos to those gentlemen for that! Second, this hotel has a great location to most all of the downtown restaurants and bars. Lyft/Uber rides are plentiful and less expensive than some places we attend. Lastly, the hotel itself has a fantastic vibe! The old antique feeling of all of the rooms is a wonderful feeling.

Sarapan pagi (sejuk) tidak seperti yang saya jangkakan semasa menempah bilik dan membayar tambahan $9.00, saya hanya mendapat sarapan pagi. The lobby is very shabby. There were bugs in my room, hair on the sheets and holes in the sheets. Staff tried to cover the condition of the sheets up with bleach smell. I do not recommend anyone stay here.

Apabila ditanya tentang menerima mereka, wanita muda itu menjawab dengan ”kami keluar”. Jadi kita akan tunggu dan lihat jika kita menerima apa-apa hari ini. Selain kejadian yang satu ini, kami tidak pernah menghadapi masalah di sini sebelum ini. Saya dan keluarga saya sangat mengesyorkan tinggal di sini.!

Filthy, musty hallways. Only good thing is clean bedding in room. Bathroom looked like a 2 year old caulked the repairs, chipped pain all over bathroom and ceiling in room. Elevator under repair, freight elevator sounded like it was ready to break. Upon arrival told pool was closed yet there were children swimming in it. Tiles in entryway to hotel all cracked and crumbling, covered over with rugs...Total tripping hazard . Neighborhood was terrible. I was actually approached by panhandler in a fast food restaurant 2 blocks away. If I hadn't been so tired (I drove quite a distance that day) we would have gone further down the road on our journey.

The staff is very helpful and takes great care of me! Everyone has gone above and beyond to help. I have access to laundry, dishes, full size fridge, microwave and a stovetop. This location is close to the mall and plenty of restaurants.
