Great location and no frills. Only downside is the bed seems to sink a little in the middle and that the pillows are very shallow. However, no complaints given the price.

Bad experience! NO blackout curtains in the first room! NO air conditioning in the secon room ( it didn't work!!!)! NO attention and care for the customer!!!! NO response to our complaint! TO AVOID!

I arrived in night all morning cleaning lady keep opening dor and closing from 9 to 11 non stop trying to wake me up opening door while she vacuum in front of my door. They don't even knock before I will never stay again there

Excellent place to stay in Wroclaw for a few days. Walking distance to the center. Helpful staff. Modern, clean rooms.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They showed me where to get the tram and also booked taxis for me, when requested. A very pleasant stay

My husband booked this hotel but not knowing there are two hotels in Wrocław with us name! We walked from the bus stop to the hotel Campanile Centrum thinking it was were we had booked a room for one night. On arrival discovered that we were booked into the same name hotel but on the other side of the old town!!! After a long day of travel we decided to stay at the Centrum hotel and my husband got a refund for the other booking. Very pleased with the service and polite way the receptionist handled our mistake! Thank you and we had a very pleasant stay.

The property overall was ok. The carpet in the room was old and had stains next to the bed that looked like someone had vomited there. The carpet in that room should be replaced.

It was alright for this price and I would consider coming again.

The hotel is located just 5 minutes away on foot from the old town which was very convenient. The room was warm and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. For the category of this hotel the price for the room was great and quite satisfied with the overall stay.

Genel olarak lokasyon güzel old town a yakın. Yürüme 15 dakika. Odalar güzel. Personel güler yüzlü yardım sever. Gündüz ve gece resepsiyonu çok güler yüzlü. Tebrikler.

Good for a Basic hotel. Good location, walking distance to the main square. Comfortable bed, good shower/bath. Free limited parking available and additional paid for. Breakfast ok, selection of cold and hot drinks, hot dogs, sausages, eggs, cold meats, cheeses, yogurts, fruits and salads... Nice smoothie shots.
