We stayed here one night as we wanted to visit Wuppertal to go on the suspended railway. The hotel is ideally situated just 2 minutes walk from Landgerich station. The hotel is extremely clean & bright. We had a triple room which was extremely spacious. There was plenty of hanging space. The bathroom was a reasonable size & there were plenty of towels & toiletries. Checkout is 12pm. There’s a free car park, this isn’t huge so just be aware of this, we didn’t arrive until after 8pm & managed to find a space. There are a number of electric charging points in the carpark for those needing them. We were able to leave the car in the car park all day whilst we used the suspended railway. Just a note for those using Landgerich station, the ticket machine at the bottom of the stairs only took coins, not notes or cards, but if you go up to the platform there is another machine which does take cards. It was all very easy to use.

Das TV-Gerät verfügt über wenige Kanäle in unzeitgemäß schlechter Bildauflösung. Radio gibt es nicht. Immerhin: das stabile WLAN erlaubt Streaming. Das Frühstücksbuffet löst alle coronabedingten Herausforderungen sehr gut und mit exzellentem Service. Kaffeespezialitäten gibt es aus dem Automaten, Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet.

Stayed 3 nights for business. Less than 5 minutes walk from the main train station. Beautifully presented hotel, rooms were a good size and very clean. Received a pass which could be used throughout my stay on public transport in the city which was useful. Breakfast was good but was difficult to find things so had to ask where things were several times. Also not clear what was available as a hot breakfast. Eggs, omelette were available. A menu could be helpful. Staff were friendly and happy to help. There is a small bar in the lobby and serves small plates of food in the evening. My only comment is it would be great to have a coffee machine or kettle in room.

Das Personal war super freundlich, man hat sich direkt angekommen gefühlt. Ein weiteres Plus ist, dass man sich am Kaffeautomat bedienen kann und zudem täglich eine flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer gestellt bekommt. Ach und: Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar.

We stayed in this hotel for five nights and it was a lovely vacation. The lady on the reception desk , Nami, was very helpful when we arrived and she found us a room overlooking the Schwebebahn, as I had requested. The room was fine with a kettle and coffee and tea. There were plenty of electrical sockets which was good for recharging. Ther was a good sized shower in the bathroom, with plenty of hot water. The buffet breakfast was delicious with cereals, cold meats,cheese, eggs and fruit and yoghurt along with various bread rolls and croissants. Also fruit juice and coffee/tea. Free Wifi was also available. One night we had drinks in the bar and again the staff were very friendly. The hotel is located very near to the Schwebebahn stop and also close to the main station in Wuppertal. Everything in the town was easily accessible by foot. I would vertainly stay there again.

Great hotel, centraly located, very nice clean rooms, complimentary coffee tea in the room, friendly helpful employees. Only anoying experience is, that the check in procedures takes soo long, compared to other institutions. About 10 Minutes. It has been the second time I have booked this hotel through Trip.com and check-in takes ages. My observation what took so long were following: -Finding my booking in the system, though I have a booking code for both the hotel and Trip.com - Registering your ID/Personal info, where 90% is already provided through the booking procedures on Trip.com - Registering partner guest, asking for their ID, Name, address, etc... In other Hotels/ Guesthouses)Hostels) the ID and Info of thr booking / paying guest is sufficiant - Re-filling your info manually in a hotel policy agreement sheet (3rd time asking for one's information in the process Booking, Check-in Arrival, Hotel Policy rules Agreement) - Getting ask the question if we have booked with or without breakfast. It's written in the booking and cinfirmation note. Any immigration boarder crossing at airports and land entry even during Covid time is faster Please optimize this process for a better guest experience and all is excellent!

Moin, wir suchten das Best Western aus, da wir bisher keine schlechten Erfahrungen machen durften - bisher ... Das Zimmer wurde auch nach mehrmaligen Bescheidsagen nicht gereinigt, obwohl die Schokoladenflecken des Vormieters klar erkennbar waren. Der Fernseher ist winzig im Bezug auf das Zimmer, auch der Empfang war teilweise weg. Das Internet war grottig, da langsam und viele Ports geschlossen waren. Die Zimmer sind wahrscheinlich vor ein paar Jahren renoviert worden, man sieht den 2000er Scharm durchklingen. Das Frühstück ging, leider gab es auch nach 4 Tagen dieselbe Wurst, Käse und Ei. Keine Abwechslung auch bei der Marmelade. Man wird satt, ja, aber das war´s auch. Best Western hat hier nicht gut investiert in den letzten Jahren.
