I might have arrived a bit late, so the front desk gave me a free room upgrade. The room was really spacious and very clean. Overall, it was a great stay.

The room was spacious and very clean, with great natural light, ventilation, and soundproofing. The service was excellent; a cute little robot even delivered my takeout order, which was super smart. When I checked out, they even gave me some snacks and a parking voucher. It was a very pleasant stay.

It's pretty good; I've stayed here twice now. The value for money is excellent, and the service attitude is also very good. The rooms are clean. I'm very satisfied and will likely come back again if I have the chance to visit Wuxi.

The location is great, not far from Yuantouzhu, Three Kingdoms City, and Liyuan. There's a shopping mall about three kilometers away. The room is spacious and very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast is also quite rich. The front desk staff were very friendly and even provided a variety of toiletries like conditioner, facial cleanser, and makeup remover wipes – so thoughtful! They even prepared hot bottled water for us. Highly recommend!

The view from the window was amazing ,the room is bug , clean , very nice , it has a mini fridge , table chairs , a lot of surfaces for putting stuff , close to the sightseeing areas. Highly recommend , the staffs are friendly, some can speak English .

This was my first business trip to Wuxi. I saw a hotel listed on the best-selling list and booked two nights. However, on January 9th, around 7 PM, I found cockroaches on the bed when I checked in. The hotel staff spent ages trying to get me to a different room, which took another half hour. And that wasn't all – the very next morning, January 10th, a couple in the next room were making out in the middle of the night! The soundproofing was terrible – it was so disruptive to my sleep! I thought it was just bad luck, but then on January 11th, a woman made a phone call for half an hour! She was arguing with someone on the phone for over half an hour! I didn't get a single good night's sleep! The soundproofing and cleanliness are extremely poor – avoid this hotel! I don't know how this kind of hotel is ranked so high on Ctrip?

Facilities: The soundproofing was poor; I could hear conversations in the neighboring room and the sound of flushing toilets in the middle of the night. After the lights were turned off, there was a lot of bright light, so bright that I had to block it out. The bathroom basin drained very slowly and wasn't very clean. I came to the festival, and for the price and amenities, I think the value for money was very poor. I avoided it.

The pillows in the room were yellowed and moldy. I slept on them all night; they were so dirty. I'll never stay there again.

The room was terrible, the environment was terrible, and most importantly, the service was even worse! One of the female receptionists was incredibly rude! She spoke to guests like she was arguing, every word she uttered was offensive, and she even hung up on guests! Is this the attitude expected of a service industry professional?! None of the signs for the facilities inside the room or the room numbers on the doors of each room were actually from Xilai Huating; isn't this just misleading advertising? Upon entering the room, I saw hair and lint on the floor, and even sunflower seed shells—unbelievable!
