非常乾淨，非常好，前台工作人員也很友好，看我們帶着孩子，主動幫我們升級了房間。早餐也很豐富，孩子很喜歡。酒店附近有梅里古鎮，走路可到。酒店旁邊就有超市和水果店，非常方便。離機場不遠，打的十來分鐘。原本要趕第二天的早班飛機選擇的這裏，沒想到周圍吃飯遊玩很方便，還看了場電影。下次趕飛機，還選擇這裏。

MMZSH88This is our second stay at this Baroque style hotel. It was a nice place for a weekend getaway. The first stay due to the Covid restrictions we didn’t get the chance to try all the facilities. This time yes, Chinese and western buffet breakfast ( 80% Chinese style but very decent) indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot spring pools, gym (small but good enough) We enjoyed our stay with friendly staffs and clean-comfortable environment.

PPengguna TetamuWOW just WOW. THE best service from a 5 star hotel in China after 20+ years and hundreds of stays. Fair to say that a lot of hotels in China have the hardware (nice rooms and good facilities etc) but normally get let down by the software (service). This was an exception. Had serious issues with health codes and covid testing in Wuxi but Shumaila (Guest Service Manager) along with her Chinese colleague turned into Superwoman and Superman and went way beyond the levels of expected service for a 5 star hotel. First they accompanied me to the covid testing point (1 km away) but didnt stop there because i still had problems and had to go to the hospital to get tested (4 kms away). They helped order a taxi and Shumaila actually went to the hospital with me to ensure everything was ok! Also this was all done on her day off! Remarkable.
Throughout my stay the service in the hotel was excellent whether it be at check in or out (quick) or in the restaurant and/or executive lounge area. Everyone in the hotel had a smile on their face and was willing to be of assistance.
Food including breakfast had variety and was good

TTeresaLocation is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

Location:
It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

CCha❤️❤️❤️❤️I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations.
One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap.
I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside.
The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies.
Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable.
In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

4) The location is excellent - it's really near to exit 27 of Sanyang Square Station (5min walk). There are shopping malls, restaurants and bakeries nearby
5) The setbacks ~ Decoration was outdated. There was unpleasant smells from the drain of the bathroom. We had to ensure that the bathroom door is close all the times. Suggest that the hotel do something to solve this problem.
