Hotel berhampiran Chongqing Fresh Noodles Store, Xi'an

Thanks to the previous feedback. We selected this hotel by the cleanliness, location and the hospitality and it is all true. Walking distance to mall, lots of eateries, the city wall and famous morning market too. Highly recommended as the place is not on busy street so you can get a peaceful sleep. Really falling for the exec room, it is spacious enough. Also taking cab is also convenient, taxi passes by frequently like one every few minutes. Lastly a big thanks to the team who welcome us during the check-in on 10/10/24. I had an overnight flight and arriving hotel at 12 noon, the front desk is kind enough to allow me check-in earlier for a rest. Also, to the front desk team who manage our check-out on 15/10/24 around 10am. I need to apologies that did not note down your name. I hope that the management are appreciating your effort. Definitely will recommend whoever wants to visit Xi'an to stay here. Hope I can return to this wonderful hotel stay again, cheers.

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

A five star rating for a local three star hotel. Everything was good from the hotel location which is within 2 km from Bell and Drum Towers. Staff were friendly especially the kitchen's chefs who packed breakfasts for us on the day we went on an early excursion to the Terracotta Warrior sites. The hotel has good amenities: It is surrounded by food and convenience stores and even a supermarket. The washing machines and heaters are really helpful as my family were staying there for a week so clean laundry was definitely a plus The housecleaning service is also prompt and helpful whenever we have additional requests. The only negative is the wifi connection which went off intermittently. Oddly this issue only happened on our mobile phones while it worked ok for my laptop.

Perkara pertama apabila tiba kami diberitahu kami mendapat naik taraf percuma - bilik yang lebih besar dan pemandangan tembok bandar (yang MENAKJUBKAN). Jadi itu adalah permulaan yang baik! Kakitangan membantu, sarapan pagi sangat bagus (Bahasa Cina, tetapi anak perempuan saya yang pemilih menemui perkara yang dia suka) dan lokasinya juga sangat baik (hentian kereta api bawah tanah membawa anda terus ke stesen kereta api, banyak pusat membeli-belah dan tembok bandar selatan di sana). Kami juga mendapat hadiah tempatan yang menarik apabila pergi! Secara keseluruhannya saya pasti akan kembali!

First and foremost, we would like to thank the hotel staff for the pleasant stay. Ms Tao Zi, Ms. Jing Jing and their colleagues at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. Ms. Yi Gai Li and her colleagues at the breakfast and high tea restaurant were warm and friendly. Appreciate all your wonderful service and warm welcome. When I booked the hotel, I just wanted a clean, value for money with a good location hotel. We booked 2 rooms for 6 nights in Dec 2024 at CNY425 per room per night, inclusive of daily breakfast and high tea. Food: Simple breakfast and high tea, but good enough to warm our stomach to start our day. Coffee was better than expected (I thought it would be 3 in 1 type), the breakfast consist of fruits, salad, noodles, rice, porridge, bread, etc. Tea break has some simple snacks like portuguese egg tarts, mochi, mini cakes, cookies, fruits, chinese tea and coffee. Room: There were no connecting rooms, but we were allocated nearby rooms. We had clean white towel and sheets. The toilet and sink were clean, but if you're staying with friends it's a bit inconvenient due to lack of privacy. Although there are doors for the individual toilet and shower stalls, it would be better to have another door at the entrance to the changing area just before we enter the shower stall. This is a minor issue as we are more conservative. Tour bookings: The hotel has staff that assist with daily tour bookings, thus it was very convenient. We booked our day trip to the Terracotta Warrior and the coach came to pick us up at the hotel. I would suggest that you spend the extra CNY 298 per pax to watch the performance, it was worth it. Overall we had good night rest and enjoyed the stay. Thank you again to the hotel for exceeding our expectation.

Took a second to place the lobby (it’s really just elevators), as soon as I got up to Reception I was very impressed. It’s gorgeous, it smells nice, my room was beautiful with an even better view. The location was why I booked this hotel. A perfect spot within walking distance to many city sights. All the extra bundles were worth it, too, highly recommend the late night noodles. And the staff were very friendly: 小徐 (Xiao Xu) and 小胡 (Xiao Hu). My Chinese isn’t the best, but a translator app is all you need.

1. Location - very conveniently located. The street has lots of convenience stores, restaurants and food carts especially at night time. The food carts here were slightly cheaper but equally if not better than the ones in the more popular Muslim quarter. We had one of the best hot and sour dumpling soup in one of the food carts down one of the alleys. Went there twice. 2. The Muslim quarter is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. We went there all 3 nights of our stay, to eat, to shop, to sightsee etc. it was very lively and lots of shops open until midnight. 3. The ground floor has direct access to the mall next in the same building during the day where they open the door between the buildings. 4. There are 2 metros very close by. You have to walk a lot inside Zhonglau station. 5. The breakfast was simple and filling. We had it for one of the days when we had an early start. The other days we ate from the places open on the street below. There is also McDonald’s across the street. 6. It is walking distance to the Xian city wall. 7. The room is on the smaller side but not cramped. Enough room for 2 of us. It was clean and modern. We booked one of the rooms that didn’t have a window to outside. The hotel had a setting where two rows of rooms had a gap in the middle with windows facing one another. 8. The staff were really helpful and helped us through translate apps. 9. They also give you a small gift of some Chinese snacks on your departure which was very nice.

If you’re seeing this review, this hotel had the best, most attentive service we’ve ever had in the many many hotels we’ve stayed at in china and around the world. It’s clean, spacious and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable. • We originally booked 4 nights at Yunheyebo, but we were so impressed after our first 2 days, that we cancelled our booking at Ritz Carlton and rebooked with Yunheyebo for another 6 extra nights. (Pictures are of the executive deluxe family room.) • We had a smooth check-in experience despite it being 3am when we arrived. • Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. They cleaned our rooms everyday, and had free laundry service. Hygiene is really important to us - we were happy at the beautiful design of the room and the CLEANLINESS of everything. • The hotel is new and it’s not just nice in appearances. It’s not a refurbished hotel, the entire building felt new. The decor was tasteful and elegant. • Fantastic location - It’s a few hundred metres from 文昌门 Wenchang Gate, very convenient to visit the ancient city walls. After staying in Xi A for over a week, I don’t particularly recommend staying within the ancient city walls because of the traffic congestion. Yunheyebo was right outside the wall, was walking distance from the most important gate and an excellent base for travel - we avoided many traffic jams here. • Ease of transport - the 永宁门 Yongningmen metro station is a 800m walk away. Private hire didis arrive within 1-2 mins! • Outstanding attention detail from the housekeeping staff - they noticed that we were guzzling down so much water, that they increased the number of bottles of water they gave us (completely free of charge), and this escalated till we were given an entire carton of bottled water on our 4th or 5th day there 😹 Gave us a good laugh, but we are very grateful to the housekeeping staff who took care of Room #10-26 from 1 Sep to 8 Sep 2024. • We received a nice welcome box of desserts, fruits and snacks! I thought a welcome gift would only be given once, but it was refilled everyday! • special shoutout to 盼儿 Pan Er, for the outstanding service throughout our trip. She was extremely responsive and helpful - reminded us that there was free dessert in the evenings, helped us arrange late check out (this was off-peak season so we were in luck, i don’t know if this is possible during the peak period!!), helped us save some dessert when we were out late, etc. Once, I left my hat in a private-hire vehicle, and the driver was coming to the hotel to deliver it while I was not in. 盼儿 Pan Er helped ensure that my hat was sent straight to my room. Thank you again for being so contactable and helpful throughout our trip! • We originally booked for 1-4 Sep, but ended up staying 1-8 Sep and 11-12 Sep. The young lady working at the concierge on 2 Sep at 11pm to midnight was the biggest reason we extended our stay at this hotel. She definitely convinced us. I wish I knew her name, but thank you for making our trip that much better! • The free airport drop off was very much appreciated, it took the stress of planning an additional item off our shoulders. • Service from all the staff in the hotel was impeccable - from the attendants standing around the lobby, to the bellboys, to the 24/7 concierge, to the housekeeping, to the staff at the breakfast restaurant. I’m not disclosing the perks and benefits we got during our trip because I don’t want to set them up for unrealistic expectations 😹 But the staff at this hotel was really extremely nice, accommodating and helpful to all of our requests. • Definitely stay longer so you can explore Xi An at your own pace. AVOID peak periods, national holidays and school holidays if you can! If you’re still deliberating, don’t anymore lol. You’d want to stay in a hotel where you *know* you’ll have prompt support from a local, when you’re in a bind.

The location is good and nearby to a lot of attraction, walkable, the service is also good where suitable for stay if you come to Xian. Near to a lot of eatery place and even arrived after mid night there are still stalls around to have quick bites.

Recommend hotel. Located in the city area and 10min walking distance to the nearest mrt station. The room rate is worth the amenities and cleanliness! They do provide daily makeup room service by changing all the linen,thanks to the room attendants 小影. Besides,they also provide self service for landry,which is super convenient! From the front desk staff,room attendants to the restaurant are friendly and helpful and they even check on you if an extra request is needed. They do provide extra water for us throughout the stay. Thanks to 小影 check on our stay and provide us with free breakfast on our last day ! The breakfast is wide spread. The front desk staff 樱樱is friendly and helpful by accommodating our request. Will recommend friends and family as well as come back for the next trip. (However small hiccups that forgot our request for utensils one of the day)
