Hotel Echarm di Xi'an

The room is small. I must pay attention to the position of the window when I stay in the next room. I didn't pay much attention to it. The window of the room I booked was facing the wall, which was not very ventilated. The first night I stayed next door, the people smoking, the sound insulation was not very good, several men next door chatted until the early morning and smoked, which made me sleep poorly all night. When the air conditioner was turned on, the whole room was full of smoke. However, the service in the store was very good, and I was immediately given a new room. I suggest that the hotel can separate the smoking area when checking in.

The environment is very good, there is no odor at all. The hotel's service attitude is also very good, the breakfast is very rich, if you are here for tourism, staying here is also very convenient for transportation. I stayed for 3 nights this time and was very satisfied. It is definitely the right choice for a trip to Xi'an. Thank you to the hotel staff, especially the kind aunt who helped me wash clothes at night. You have worked hard.

The room was great, and the service was satisfactory. The location is very convenient, with bus and subway stations right outside. They offer laundry pickup and delivery service. I recommend choosing this place. The front desk was prompt and efficient in resolving issues. They even offer free dinner and late-night snacks delivered to your room, though you need to book it in advance at the front desk. Overall, it's an excellent value-for-money option. My family and I are very happy with our stay.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel very comfortable. The location is extremely convenient, with famous eateries like Haidilao and Xuji Seafood nearby. Public transportation is also incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious, bright, and fully equipped.

This year, I stayed at this hotel with my son, a freshman in college. We had previously sent a lot of large luggage, including a mattress, to the hotel, and they were very helpful in storing it. Upon arrival, the first thing we received was a heartwarming evening treat: Tremella fuciformis soup. This wasn't just on the first night, but every evening. In addition to evening tea, we also received a fruit plate every day. Before leaving, they even gave us a Xi'an souvenir backpack. It was a wonderful experience. This is an excellent place to visit in Xi'an. The environment was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was hearty. I was completely satisfied with this trip. The hotel is also in a great location, one subway stop from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and a two-kilometer walk to the scenic area. The subway station is right next to the hotel. It's convenient for taking my son to school and perfect for sightseeing. The Xi'an Film Studio is nearby, and the night view of Xi'an is stunning.

A detail-oriented person's dream! The remote controls were neatly arranged, the toilet meticulously disinfected, and even the phone number was thoughtfully placed – every detail showed such care. The room came with a giant projector, perfect for enjoying a private cinema experience at night, and the bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, melting away all travel fatigue. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Expo Park and the Romance Park scenic area, making it ideal for sightseeing during the day and relaxing back at the hotel in the evening. The itinerary couldn't have been better planned!
