The breakfast selection was great, and the staff were all very warm and attentive. They even offered complimentary foot-soaking tubs, and the bedding was quite comfortable! My child really enjoyed the hotel's tea service and the gym. The only slight issue was that hotels in Xi'an in April can't continuously provide air conditioning for cooling, so it could get a bit warm on hotter days.

Located inside the Small Wild Goose Pagoda stadium, it's incredibly quiet. The room was very clean, and the windows open for ventilation. The breakfast was also excellent. I highly recommend staying here for your trip to Xi'an; it's convenient for getting everywhere. Thumbs up!

Facilities: Very new. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: I'm particularly happy with this. It's next to the Provincial Sports Stadium and Sports Bureau, so the location is excellent. It's very close to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, situated between the Bell Tower/Yongning Gate and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda/Grand Tang Mall. The Stadium Metro Station is about 150 meters away, but because it's inside the stadium complex, it's very quiet. Parking is also super convenient. Service: Excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Xi'an!

Clean and quiet, with excellent front desk service—the staff was so gentle and pretty! The location is great; the shuttle can pick you up right from the subway exit to the hotel entrance, and it's less than a five-minute walk anyway. The noodles and rice noodles at breakfast were just okay 😀. Staying in a clean hotel makes me feel good for at least a month when I travel. Forgot to take photos!

Excellent hotel! The location right by Stadium Station on Line 2 is perfect, and it's surprisingly quiet. The bedding was comfortable and clean. Getting around by subway is super convenient, and shared bikes are also easily accessible. They even have automatic curtains and robot delivery. I had to leave early for a trip, so I asked the front desk staff for two eggs, and they surprised me with fruit too! Such thoughtful service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is fairly new, and my room was in very good condition. The bed was comfortable, there was a good work desk, the lighting was bright enough to read easily, the shower was very good, and there were free drinks in the fridge. The staff didn't speak English, but they were very friendly and helpful, and made effective use of a translation app on their phones. I used the free transport from Xi'an North Railway Station on arrival, and in the reverse direction on departure. Great! Otherwise I used the metro, and the station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is a street of small cafes near the hotel. I don't speak Chinese, so I chose places with pictures of the food on the walls, and just pointed! The meals were excellent and very cheap, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable, and it was nice and warm inside after the rain. The service was exceptional! We arrived after 11 PM, and they were very patient with us. My colleague had cut her hand, and they promptly brought a band-aid. We couldn't book the hotel's shuttle service because it was too late, but the front desk and manager immediately arranged a Didi (ride-sharing service) for us, free of charge, which was incredibly thoughtful – thank you so much! They even gave us a souvenir. From now on, when I visit Xi'an, I'll definitely stay at the Mercure Sports Stadium Hotel! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

The rooms were very clean, the staff professional, and the front desk reception was warm and welcoming. Both breakfast and the late-night snack service were excellent, with a wide variety of options suitable for all ages. They also offer a shuttle service, and even provided umbrellas and shoe covers during rainy and snowy weather!

Our first stop in Xi'an, and the room was really good, clean, and the service was excellent. They even offer airport shuttle service, which is a huge plus for value for money. On our second day, we had an early start for the Terracotta Warriors, and the restaurant kindly packed us breakfast to go. The breakfast selection was extensive and tasty. It's also not far from the metro station, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

They have the best toilet with bidet wash which is hard to find in China. The staff are all very friendly and is near to subway station.
