We have family trip to xi'an, love this hotel so much because is very clean , bed and pillow so comfortable, staff was very helpful, breakfast also delicious 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great location, easy to move around. Many eateries and shops, also nearby tourist attractions and City Wall. The hotel is new and has excellent facilities. Had a great stay, excellent staff at reception. Thank you!

I had a really pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. The breakfast selection was quite nice as well. The location was amazing—everything was within walking distance, including major attractions. There were also plenty of food options and bubble tea shops right below the hotel, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a great experience.

We stayed here for 2 + 4 nights. We originally booked the Roomy King, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to an Enjoyable Double Bedroom. It was a nice surprise! It was a bit difficult to reach the hotel to arrange the free airport transfer, but they made up for it by offering us two complimentary breakfasts (the other four nights were already booked with breakfast included). The upgraded room was spacious and clean. The bathroom door didn’t close tightly and therefore minor water leakage, but nothing too serious. Housekeeping could improve — they didn’t wash the cups or top up the shower gel even after we left the empty bottle on the floor. The staff were young, friendly, and helpful. The delivery robot was a fun touch! The location is great — convenient and well-connected. The hotel also offers tour arrangements for the Terracotta Army, Mount Huashan, and Yan’an Hukou Waterfalls. Prices are reasonable and comparable to Trip.com, and you can easily book these tours a day in advance at the hotel. Overall, despite a few small issues, it was a pleasant stay. Just note that Xi’an drivers tend to honk quite a bit, and being so central, some traffic noise is expected.

Service staff were all very friendly, they never fail to greet us 你好 every time we pass by them. Breakfast spread is reasonably good, especially 豆花 with lots of condiments to choose. There are self-service washing machines at level 3 and 8, a gym at level 3 with new-looking equipments. So thankful to the front desk staff that upgraded my rooms, the rooms and toilets were spacious and clean. Xiaodu is a bonus, though it only understands mandarin. Very good location, if walking from 钟楼 (bell tower) look for exit 4 and walk straight. Nearby there are lots of eateries , 爰骅裤带面馆, 三姐妹餐廳, 霸王茶姬, etc.
