The stunning view from our room, the convenient location near the metro station, the delightful breakfast spread, and the exceptional service from the Hotel Manager and reception desk staff all contributed to making our stay truly special. It was truly an unforgettable experience we had at Bell Tower Hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, right in front of the Bell Tower, beautiful view. We booked two Deluxe Bell Tower Panoramic Double Bed Rooms. In both the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were very thin, we woke up with a sore back. In one of the rooms the entrance door did not close properly and we had to make a lot of noise to close it properly and the other room had a wet carpet. I am sure these are things that can be improved or fixed during the stay, we could not because we had a very tight schedule.

Staff, especially at the reception, were very rude and did not provide proper service to the customer's/my satisfaction! While its location is super excellent - right across the Bell Tower and we could see it through the windows of our room - the customer service/staff, facilities and interior environment of the hotel are terrible! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone going to Xi'an!

Our 3 rooms are located on the 5th floor close to each other. The rooms all have a great view of the Bell Tower and are clean and well appointed. The hotel is walking distance to the Muslim Quarter, Drum Tower, ancient City Wall, shopping malls, pedestrian promenade and restaurants. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful in helping us find places to visit, cafes and restaurants where locals go and enjoy a great meal. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff and manager were wonderful and provided great services to ensure that we had a great experience. There is bus stop and metro station next to the hotel making the hotel centrally located in Xi'an. We highly recommend the hotel for family and business travelers and we will definitely stay here for our future trips to Xi'an.

Excellent service, good breakfast and amazing location. The only problem is at night. It can be pretty noisy, since it's in front of a famous tourist attraction and there is music until late night.
钟楼饭店位于西安市中心，面朝钟楼，交通方便，视野极佳。只推荐睡眠比较深的朋友下榻此处。这里地处闹市，半夜一点可以听见远处KTV歌唱，清早就感受窗外的车水马龙，端午节七点对被路边鼓声叫醒。不过总的来说，这家酒店物超所值。推荐一下

English speaking staff are a rarity.
Wondering how tourists travelling on their own can manage with no knowledge of Mandarin..
The hotel does not have coffee satchets in the room.
Had I known about this we could have made reservation with branded hotels.
Otherwise it was okay...
