Ulasan Xingcheng Hotel

Ini adalah kali kedua saya menginap di hotel ini kerana lokasinya sangat bagus. Ia terletak dengan baik berhampiran pintu selatan dan mudah dicapai dengan kereta api bawah tanah dari lapangan terbang. Mendaftar masuk dan keluar adalah cepat dan mudah. Kakitangannya ramah dan saya dapat menukar bilik saya tanpa sebarang masalah.  Nampaknya bilik di tingkat lima agak lebih moden daripada bilik di tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Dan kerana bilik yang saya tempah tidak mempunyai tingkap, lantai tidak penting.  Terdapat beberapa pilihan tetapan cahaya untuk ini. 👍

The hotel is clean and the staffs are all very nice and friendly, excellent customer services. The hotel is near to the metro as well, however , family room has city view but not facing the city wall, they only have suite for family room which is facing city wall. Personal recommended to stay at bell tower instead of city wall for the travellers, although it’s only one station away, but more shops and eatery are near to bell tower, but if u like a more quiet place and next to the mall, this hotel is highly recommended. They hav traditional wear, 漢服 rental shop at level 7, very convinient to return if u would like to rent it.

Even though the hotel is on the outside wall of the Ancient capital city, it is only 3-5 minutes to the South gate. Another 10 minutes walk is the bell tower. From the north railway station, I can take the subway to the South gate. Location is excellent. My inside room doesn't have window view. It is nice and clean. There is large drape on 1 wall and I could eat the occupant guests talking. As a solo traveler, I don't make any noise and privacy is not a concern. But if you are 2 love birds, the room design is not for you. The hotel has 1 washer and 1 dryer for guests to use. In my opinion, more are needed. Again, the hotel name is different from the trip.com reservation. I was confused as whether I walked in the correct hotel.

Good location but really old. Staff are good but the amenities are not good. The TV cant be used even if called the room service to amend. The toilet door cant be shut easily and need to use a bit more effort to close. This make me annoying.

Smooth check in process! Bed was so comfortable, perfect after a long day of exploring the streets of Xi’an. Perfect location, close to subway and City wall. Just a station away from drum and bell tower and muslim quarter. The hotel staff even gave us a gift! So nice

The room was ok for a two night stay, but it was quite stuffy in there. None of the staff spoke English but one of the ladies at the front desk were very nice. On the other hand it was very close to the city centre and you could walk most most places. The metro is also right next to the hotel.

Massive hotel very close to Yongningmen metro station (Line 2). Unfortunately, our room had no window and smelled musty. One day we had to leave before breakfast time, and they kindly provided a take-away pack. They have a very useful self-service laundry room in the 7th floor. Note their hotel name is Chang'an Residence if you check in Google Maps.

Location is very good. Close to city wall and subway. Staff is friendly. Room is clean, good size, comfortable bed. Has a closet. A bit of noisy neighbors. For a hotel where you mostly will just sleep because you spend the whole day sightseeing Xi’an, this is a good choice.

The location of this hotel was excellent. We had a view of the city walls. The room was immaculately clean, and the service was very good. I highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Rooms are very spacious and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is very close to the wall of Xi’an so very very central

I didn't like the room design with make it feel tight & boring without window. Location was quite good, quite close to the Gate wall & easy train to Xian North station. Taxi to Terra cotta at about 130Rmb. Breakfast was ok, you can try if have early trip. The staff was supportive.

No breakfast offered, poor room design and outlay. Windowless.
