Ulasan Novotel Xi'an Xinxing

Lobi terasa sangat baik, perasaan keseluruhan sangat tinggi, dewan penuh dengan roti bakar, bahagian dalam bilik selesa, katil elok, saya tertidur sambil baring dan melihat telefon tanpa menggunakan bantal.

Biliknya sangat baru, bersaiz besar, selesa untuk didiami, air panas yang mencukupi, dan selesa untuk mandi. Penghawa dinginnya bagus, peralatannya juga sangat bagus, reka bentuk pancuran mandian sangat bagus, terutamanya cermin di sebelah sinki, yang sangat mudah. Secara keseluruhan ia berasa sangat baik. Kepada Lokasinya sangat baik, sangat dekat dengan kereta bawah tanah dan terdapat pusat membeli-belah berdekatan, keseluruhan kehidupan sangat mudah dan sesuai untuk perjalanan.

Tempat letak kereta sosial dengan perbelanjaan anda sendiri. Secara amnya, tiada sarapan pagi dan makanan tambahan akan dikenakan bayaran tambahan. Secara umumnya, ia cukup adil, tetapi nama Wyndham mengelirukan, memikirkan bahawa ia adalah hotel mewah, tetapi sebenarnya ia sepatutnya hanya sebuah hotel perniagaan. This Novotel Xian Hotel is in a very strategic location near the MRT station, next to a mall and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. Love this place. Overall the service is good, there are only a few comments: * if you like going to karaoke or going to the cinema, then you will like the dimly lit room theme with very minimal lighting, unfortunately my family and I are not comfortable with minimal room lighting, the room is dark. * If you like going to the SPA to soak in hot and cold water, then you will like the unstable condition of the hot water for bathing (shower) because it sometimes flows hot and cold water alternately. Unfortunately, my family and I don't like going to SPA, so this condition is a little annoying. * The thing that is very disturbing is that THE ROOM HAVE NO AC (Air Conditioner)... I have asked the staff, the information is that the AC facilities have not been activated in April, and please open a small window if the room feels hot. I thought it was April Fool's Day, but it turned out that staying 3 nights without AC made me sleep uncomfortable because it was hot even though the window was open, not to mention the noise of traffic at night which disturbed my sleep. Maybe I was careless in not reading the information when booking this room, but it seems I didn't find clear information that there were no AC facilities in April. This is the first time in my life that I have stayed in a 4 star hotel or above that doesn't have AC, LOL. My advice to potential guests is to be careful if you want to book this hotel, better check and recheck. Breakfast so so, you can try Xian traditional food here.

Good location, a 20 minute walk east of the ancient city wall. Conveniently attached to a mall. Room was large with comfortable bed. Soundproofing could be better, the guests around us were all noisy one night.

Candy Tang, one of the Front Desk staff, she was so professional, sleek and very customer friendly, especially that I am a foreigner and my Chinese Language is limited. very quiet room, floor and surroundings. My special requests were granted since it is not peak season. The rooms and bathrooms are spot on and amenities inside the room works and their Wi-Fi connection speed is great! Overall, five star rating to this Hotel! Strongly recommended.

Clean and modern hotel at a very reasonable price. There is a metro stop nearby too.

I love the decor of the hotel! The bed and bedding are super comfortable. For the most part the rooms are decent. There were a few stains in the bathroom that you can tell have built up over the years but for the most part the rooms are clean!

首先酒店位置優越，交通便利附近就是地鐵三號線離酒店約100米，位置很好繁華附近就是盒馬，酒店免停車，大廳簡潔大氣有畫廊，我老婆拍了好多照片，真不錯呀！有輕音樂可以聽，喝個咖啡，談談心，時光流逝的很舒服。前台橙汁也非常不錯（就是經常口口堵住，哈哈！不前台效率非常高，我剛反饋就處理好了！十分周到，黃油服務很不錯（為什麼要叫黃油呢？那麼可愛的小姐姐👧，房間採光非常好，房間明亮，安靜，衞生非常乾淨，床墊很舒服，房間出水快非常快，水温也好，網速也比較快，辦公方便，房間阿姨打掃衞生的話也比較乾淨。房間大。強力推薦！

房間主打面積大， 酒店還是讓我很驚喜，近期搞活動送免費早餐，雖然早餐種類有限但是總比沒有強，主打一個方便！酒店旁邊有個盒馬鮮生，距離3號線（長樂公園站）B出口大概100米左右！ 酒店每天還送了一袋小吃，包含兩個飲品、堅果一袋和幾顆糖！ 還讓我家小朋友抽了一個盲盒！

這家酒店房間非常寬敞舒適。附近是三號線離一些景點非常近。然後衞生也比較乾淨整潔。服務非常周到細緻尤其是黃油。阿姨送東西也比較快。買東西附近就是盒馬超市。服務人員都客客氣氣的問好。讓人感覺非常温暖舒適。還會來入住的。給我印象非常不錯
