My family of 4 stayed 2 nights. Everything is great, except for the room key. We got 2 keys on checkin. One was used for room power, and this left only one key available for 4 of us, which could act differently and need individual keys. I asked the front desk, and a male receptionist told me that if I lost a key, I had to pay 30 rmb. I asked if it was a hotel rule but didn't get answered directly. I could be wrong, but I suspect that he was not reluctant to give me more. Eventually, he made a more for me, and I followed the ”his rule” returned all the keys.

Hotel is clean and location is quite near to the attractions. We are particularly impressed with Mr.何為秋's hospitality. He showed patience with my rusty mandarin, provided clear and succinct explanations and went out of his way to call us a taxi and guided us to our new hotel which was closeby. He really exhibited a level of professionalism which his fellow colleagues should emulate.

The location is good and nearby to a lot of attraction, walkable, the service is also good where suitable for stay if you come to Xian. Near to a lot of eatery place and even arrived after mid night there are still stalls around to have quick bites.

If you’re seeing this review, this hotel had the best, most attentive service we’ve ever had in the many many hotels we’ve stayed at in china and around the world. It’s clean, spacious and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable. • We originally booked 4 nights at Yunheyebo, but we were so impressed after our first 2 days, that we cancelled our booking at Ritz Carlton and rebooked with Yunheyebo for another 6 extra nights. (Pictures are of the executive deluxe family room.) • We had a smooth check-in experience despite it being 3am when we arrived. • Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. They cleaned our rooms everyday, and had free laundry service. Hygiene is really important to us - we were happy at the beautiful design of the room and the CLEANLINESS of everything. • The hotel is new and it’s not just nice in appearances. It’s not a refurbished hotel, the entire building felt new. The decor was tasteful and elegant. • Fantastic location - It’s a few hundred metres from 文昌门 Wenchang Gate, very convenient to visit the ancient city walls. After staying in Xi A for over a week, I don’t particularly recommend staying within the ancient city walls because of the traffic congestion. Yunheyebo was right outside the wall, was walking distance from the most important gate and an excellent base for travel - we avoided many traffic jams here. • Ease of transport - the 永宁门 Yongningmen metro station is a 800m walk away. Private hire didis arrive within 1-2 mins! • Outstanding attention detail from the housekeeping staff - they noticed that we were guzzling down so much water, that they increased the number of bottles of water they gave us (completely free of charge), and this escalated till we were given an entire carton of bottled water on our 4th or 5th day there 😹 Gave us a good laugh, but we are very grateful to the housekeeping staff who took care of Room #10-26 from 1 Sep to 8 Sep 2024. • We received a nice welcome box of desserts, fruits and snacks! I thought a welcome gift would only be given once, but it was refilled everyday! • special shoutout to 盼儿 Pan Er, for the outstanding service throughout our trip. She was extremely responsive and helpful - reminded us that there was free dessert in the evenings, helped us arrange late check out (this was off-peak season so we were in luck, i don’t know if this is possible during the peak period!!), helped us save some dessert when we were out late, etc. Once, I left my hat in a private-hire vehicle, and the driver was coming to the hotel to deliver it while I was not in. 盼儿 Pan Er helped ensure that my hat was sent straight to my room. Thank you again for being so contactable and helpful throughout our trip! • We originally booked for 1-4 Sep, but ended up staying 1-8 Sep and 11-12 Sep. The young lady working at the concierge on 2 Sep at 11pm to midnight was the biggest reason we extended our stay at this hotel. She definitely convinced us. I wish I knew her name, but thank you for making our trip that much better! • The free airport drop off was very much appreciated, it took the stress of planning an additional item off our shoulders. • Service from all the staff in the hotel was impeccable - from the attendants standing around the lobby, to the bellboys, to the 24/7 concierge, to the housekeeping, to the staff at the breakfast restaurant. I’m not disclosing the perks and benefits we got during our trip because I don’t want to set them up for unrealistic expectations 😹 But the staff at this hotel was really extremely nice, accommodating and helpful to all of our requests. • Definitely stay longer so you can explore Xi An at your own pace. AVOID peak periods, national holidays and school holidays if you can! If you’re still deliberating, don’t anymore lol. You’d want to stay in a hotel where you *know* you’ll have prompt support from a local, when you’re in a bind.

The room was pristine and clearly well cleaned with modern furniture, and the location is extremely convenient with a short walk to Zhonglou station, which is the historical centre of the city and also the intersection of the two most useful Metro lines. Would highly recommend!

Stayed here for our Xian trip. Hotel was modest but adequate. Staff did not speak english but we used the translator apps so that was not a major issue. Room was big and comfortable. Self-Service Laundry is available. Halal restaurants are available along the streets. Location is near to the Lumoushi Pedestrian shopping alley and about 15 mins walk to the Huimin Muslim Food Street. Very close to the metro station. A special mention to our housekeeper Ms Xiaoxiao at Level 8 for keeping good care of our room and the other staff for their warmth service.

I am extremely happy with my 8 nights stay at Center Xi'an Bell Tower Hotel. I can feel the staff's sincerity and integrity towards their job. The hospitality is top-notch. Compliment: Shout out to Li Xinqin from housekeeping for helping me with my laundry! I would like to give her and all the Center Xi'an Bell Tower Hotel 5 stars for their service! (I didn't get a chance to list down all their names). I am thankful to each of the staff for making me feel comfortable throughout my stay in Xi'an. Tips for travellers: - Please note that the staff are not really fluent in English. For non-mandarin speaking travellers, do connect with the hotel via wechat after checking in. It's easier to communicate with them (via wechat text translation feature). They are very responsive. - The location of this hotel is impressive! Zhonglou metro station (exit 6) is a stone's throw from the hotel lobby. Bell Tower is directly in front of the hotel, and across the street on the left is Kai Yuan Shopping Mall. Muslim Street is a 10-minute walk via the underground passage (exit 9). - There's complimentary bottled drinking water on every floor. - If you like to witness the lively nightlife of Xi'an, get room with window view of the Bell Tower. The best!

Recommend hotel. Located in the city area and 10min walking distance to the nearest mrt station. The room rate is worth the amenities and cleanliness! They do provide daily makeup room service by changing all the linen,thanks to the room attendants 小影. Besides,they also provide self service for landry,which is super convenient! From the front desk staff,room attendants to the restaurant are friendly and helpful and they even check on you if an extra request is needed. They do provide extra water for us throughout the stay. Thanks to 小影 check on our stay and provide us with free breakfast on our last day ! The breakfast is wide spread. The front desk staff 樱樱is friendly and helpful by accommodating our request. Will recommend friends and family as well as come back for the next trip. (However small hiccups that forgot our request for utensils one of the day)

Excellent. Super new and clean. Spacious, Modern decor. Bed firm, with different pillow options. Sound insulation was good, so no traffic noise. Heat insulation excellent too. Was here in end nov (temperature of 5-10 degree Celsius), and didn’t even turn on the heat in the room. location convenient, between 2 metro stations with main tourist metro lines. Walking distance to drum tower, Muslim street and old city wall. Breakfast had good variety. Staff was very helpful. Excellent for the price. No complaints. Highly recommend.

Hello, I am a Thai traveler visiting Xi’an alone during the winter. I booked a room at this hotel for 3 nights at an affordable price without expecting much. However, to my surprise, the quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. This hotel is truly amazing! The room was clean and fully equipped with amenities. The hotel staff were friendly, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily during my stay. The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for sightseeing. It’s near the south side of the Xi’an City Wall, within a 10-15 minute walk to the Bell Tower, and close to the metro. Next to the hotel, there are convenience stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops. If I ever visit Xi’an again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
