The hotel room is very clean and spacious, the entrance area is the business desk area so the bedroom and bathroom feels separate from the corridor and adds a roomier feel. Housekeeping was excellent and even gave extra water bottles during my stay. Room also came with some extra complimentary beverages. Location is good, some quiet areas around the hotel during the daytime, as they are bars at night, hotel is near the metro and metro has an exit to a shopping mall. Taxi is easy to get as it is near a big main road. Only problem is sometimes I feel like soundproofing can be better, it is easy to hear people in the corridor. Walking in corridor can also hear into the rooms if they talk just slightly too loud.

廈門旅遊結束，用朋友圈發過的推薦來代替這邊的評價吧，都是真心話：寒假時看到攜程上推薦廈門民宿排名第一第二，就打算過來體驗下。老闆第一時間聯繫我微信，對我這個i人來説，出來這麼多次，也是第一次加住宿方微信。在“機場半日遊”那天，老闆一直在和我聯繫，告訴我廈門天氣，到了怎麼聯繫等，也一直祝願我們能順利登機。奈何經歷了武漢大雪一再延遲最後被迫取消行程，訂好的機酒都要退票。本來已經過了免費取消時間，老闆還是第一時間就主動給我退了款。這次暑假終於得償所願，攜程上訂了房，和老闆主動聯繫表達期盼，老闆馬上給我們升級成了套房😍 就是這樣的純白有點聖託里尼風格的房間，適合出片。乾淨耀眼的屋子，歡迎水果和點心，酸梅湯巨好喝，仔細一看，西屋的冰箱，斯麥格的燒水壺，戴森的吹風，三星的液晶，“（我覺得）長得像大蒜（其實是什麼設計款，要幾百塊）”的點心盒，智能馬桶……反正覺得真不用這麼好的，但是服務小哥覺得“這有啥，瞎隨便買的”😂😂 早餐有牛肉麪或者西式餐點，沒拍圖，但真的非常好吃！走的時候還有點心伴手禮🌸 服務的小哥哥小姐姐禮貌又美貌😎 最後最後再囉嗦一句，老闆還是湖北老鄉！

It is really an old but pleasant hotel to stay in still. Very good breakfast and my god there is finally proper internet, thanks to Marriott. I can’t use proper internet when staying in the local hotels so I booked this. So glad I did. Yes the wardrobe and carpentry are all getting old, toilet doors cannot close properly, which needs serious upgrades. Still comfortable. Quite far from the mall actually, walk 15 min. We take taxi.

Very close to metro station. Easy to go to popular attractions. Nice hotel and friendly staff. The room is spacious. However, we could smell cigarettes even smoking is not prohibited. We also have plumbing issue for our toilet, but it’s fixed quickly.

18/12/24 -22/12/24, we stayed 4 nights at Swiss Grand hotel Xiamen, breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices 👍, rooms are clean, housekeeping is great 😊, the only set back is the aircon system, not adjustable, very cold setting for winter weather, asked house keeper to adjust but failed, end up with additional heater in our room 😥😥😥otherwise it would be a perfectly good hotel to stay.

The location is pretty much the only seller for this place. Next to the Xiamen island station. Mind that the island station does not do the high speed rail (gaotie) and only does the slower rail out of the island (dongche). The service was standard and cleanliness is very average. You can smell faint cigarettes and drainage from the toilet.

The front desk service is friendly. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast variety have been improved. Except for the coffee bean provided still at low grade and not aromatic enough. Hope the management to look into it. Thanks

Pengangkutan sangat mudah. Belok kanan apabila anda keluar dan anda akan menemui Chinatown. Ia terletak dalam jarak lima minit berjalan kaki dari Jalan Zhongshan. Kemudahannya agak lama dan bayaran tempat letak kereta agak mahal. Ia berharga kira-kira 50 yuan semalam .

Overall nice view relaxing days at the Beach. Breakfast is also possible to eat outside on the terrace, which is very nice with direct ocean view. Breakfat overall very good. Got Room-Upgrade for free at Check-In Rooms are very nice and quiet. What i don`t like is that guests from other Hotel (half price room rate) are allowed to use the Swimming-Pool Facilities at Renaissance-Hotel. This is just not ok and that why there are a lot of families from the other Hotel with several Kids. Very noisy during day-time at the Poo. Also there are only 14 pool lounger available, which is just not enough for two hotels which are using the pool

It was the best hotel in Xiamen, beautiful deco and elegant architecture, fabulous wellness centre. Staffs are very nice and helpful, top notch hospitality service from the team. Room is incredibly stunning, beautiful wooden floor matching with the blue couch, super comfortable beds, elegant marble bathroom with premium amenities. My favorite will be the Peacock Alley Lounge, wonderful ambient and design, hightea is heavenly taste. Breakfast is great and quality with lots of options. I would definitely come back to WAXM.

The sweetest hotel along the seaside of GuLangYu! Highly recommend. Very thoughtful details and conveniently located from the main pier, they provided sand toys for the kids and a hand drawn map of the island. The rooms are nicely renovated and comfortable while maintaining the integrity and character of the historical building. The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious too 鼓浪屿海边最温馨的酒店！强烈推荐。细节非常周到，位置便利，靠近主码头，为孩子们提供沙滩玩具和手绘岛屿地图。房间装修精美，舒适，同时保持了历史建筑的完整性和特色。下午茶和早餐也很美味

We are a group of 5 family members travelling to Xiamen from Canada. The Muju hotel provided clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The young man working at reception, Yue Wu, was very helpful during our stay, providing visit recommendations for us and helping with taxi bookings, something which was difficult for us because Didi would not work on our Canadian cell phones. The hotel is in a great location close to the picturesque sea front and close to a huge choice of restaurants. We would highly recommend it!
