At Check in I managed to get the room I wanted and from there it was a pleasant stay . The staff are courteous . Just needed to explain what I was expecting and there were no difficulty

overall was a good stay. rooms feels small and the sound proof is not so good so you can hear people talking along the corridor

Though it is a dated hotel, the service and attudes of the staffs were great. Very personal service and they will make you feel very welcomed. Actually I stayed here on my birthday and they quickly noticed and the manager arranged a little cake and a card for me with a handwritten note. It meant a lot when I was away from my family . The room I stayed was nice and quiet. Japanese restaurant was as great as when I visited here 20plus years ago. I was also watching concierges greeting people come in, there were genuine welcoming culture here. I will probably stay here again.

The room I stayed in was the Landis Room, which had a nice sofa. The hotel breakfast options were good and suited my taste. At noon, I had Bak Kut Teh with my friends at Lak Cafe, and the taste was as good as the one I had in Malaysia, with fragrant and juicy meat and reasonable price. I didn't expect it to be so delicious.

The newly renovated room is equipped with tea sets. The room is clean and tidy. The waiter is enthusiastic and the experience is good👍

The front desk actively helped to solve the problem and satisfied the guests. The breakfast has a rich variety, especially the variety of vegetables. It would be better if there were more kinds of fruits.
