The staff members were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable from the moment I arrived. Additionally, I would like to commend the Service Depar**ent for their outstanding dedication to guest satisfaction. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns, the service team consistently exceeded my expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. Furthermore, I would like to recognize the Back Office Depar**ent for their behind-the-scenes efforts in maintaining the hotel's operations seamlessly. From housekeeping to administrative tasks, their commi**ent to excellence contributed significantly to the overall positive experience during my two-Day stay. The Boli Yabu Hotel's convenient location, coupled with its modern amenities and attentive staff, made my business trip to Xining both productive and enjoyable. The proximity to key attractions such as the Qinghai Province Museum, Xining Wildlife Zoo, and Plateau Pearl Sightseeing Tower further enhanced my stay, allowing me to explore the beauty of the city in my downtime. 地理位置優越，離火車站大概10公里，交通便利。房間很乾凈舒適，布草乾淨，大堂明亮，網絡信號很好，上網很快，看電影也不卡，房間有地暖，一點也不冷，洗浴設施也很全，洗髮水很香，床墊的軟硬程度相當合適；房間有配茶葉包和掛耳咖啡包。前台接待員橘子很熱情，説話超有禮貌，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐都很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去，很親切，服務很細緻。酒店周圍環境很好，有一個小型商圈，吃飯購物都很方便。有免費地下停車場，停車很方便，24小時健身房，自助洗衣房，適合出差。早餐種類也挺多的，葷素搭配吃的很好，還有青海地方特色牛肉粉湯，推薦推薦[強]。下次還會繼續選擇這家酒店！品質對得起這個價格！

The service was professional and friendly with staff willing to go the extra mile by bringing my luggage to the room and providing a fruit plate. The room had a beautiful view of the city. I had the rare choice of taking a bath or shower in a room with a modern, but cozy freshly decorated appearance.

此次入住的酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。一進入大堂，就感受到優雅大氣的氛圍。房間寬敞明亮，衞生狀況極佳，床品舒適，讓人一夜好眠。服務更是無可挑剔，工作人員熱情周到，有求必應。酒店位置優越，出行方便。總之，是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗，強烈推薦！

The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

Good location. Easy to reach by taxi from train station. Was a nice stay before taking the train to Tibet. Staff were helpful and the breakfast good with lots of options. Recommend

酒店門頭有一點小，但是房間非常寬敞，也非常乾淨，床墊子和被子都很舒服。距離西寧高鐵站很近，遠遠就能看到，就是用腳步丈量起來就會有一點小遠。但是就是這麼個情況，周邊很近也沒有啥性價比f高的酒店，盛旺算是性價比高的酒店了。貼心送了晚安酸奶，還有送助眠眼罩耳塞，特別有心意。

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of two male front desk staff members I encountered during my recent stay at this hotel. I approached the front desk to inquire about to extend my stay. The two staff members I interacted with were both rude and dismissive, speaking to me without making eye contact and answering in a very loud voice. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that front desk staff members are often busy, but there is no excuse for treating guests with disrespect. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter with the staff members in question and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. I hope that my experience will be addressed and that future guests will not encounter the same issues.

I stayed here for night, having left the higher rated Wanda hotel due to a lack of AC and being unable to sleep all night. The room and bathroom exceeded my expectations for 4 stars and were very close to 5 star standard IMO. The staff allowed me to check the room(and most importantly, AC) before booking, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if returning to Xining.
