Hotel Mountain view di Xining

Biliknya bersih dan kemas, sarapan paginya berlimpah, waktu perniagaan yang panjang, dan ada minum petang percuma (eight treasure tea). Sikap perkhidmatan adalah bersemangat dan responsif. Kemudahan perkakasan agak baru, tetapi terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang memerlukan penambahbaikan: terdapat beberapa masalah dengan kepala pancuran 1503, bocor dan aliran air tidak sekata. Kerana kami menyewa beberapa tingkat bangunan, kami dipengaruhi oleh bunyi bising dari pengubahsuaian di tingkat lain.

I booked a room with a window. I spent more than friends to have a better room. However their cheap room had a window but mine did not. Instead it had a glass wall that looked into the hallway. When I first arrived the room door was open. They solved that problem and my friends and I went out to eat. When we returned (3 hours after checking in) none of our room keys worked. I had to go downstairs to reception twice to get it working. Then at breakfast a man started smoking in the breakfast area and no one stopped him. I would pass on this hotel the next time I’m in Xining.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. The female front desks were  so helpful. One of them help me carry my luggage to my room. The other offer me complimentary breakfast. But  I told her that we have an early morning flight, we have to leave by 5:30 am but she said its ok, they can prepare a simple breakfast the night before and place it in the refrigerator for us to take away in the morning. So we're very grateful for that. The following morning we went down to the lobby and there is no front desk around, I have to keep calling then 1 male front desk appeared and it seems that I woke him up. So gave the keycard and told him that we're gonna check out and reminded him the breakfast. He said no breakfast too early for that. I said they promised me some take away and gonna placed in the ref but he didnt reply and kept in staring at the computer. So We loaded our luggage and went back inside, he still staring at the computer and never response or help us with the luggage. So I have to ask again if there is really breakfast and he replied with no. What kind of service is that? if they havent make the promise, We would have prepare our breakfast the night before. It seems the frontdesk this morning is not giving a four star or five star service. No apology or help given.

本次入住西寧城區中心這家酒店，整體住宿體驗利弊分明。酒店區位優勢突出，地處市中心出行逛街十分便捷，客房整體環境打理得整潔雅緻，軟裝佈局合理，衞浴、床品等基礎設施完好，居住舒適度在線，日常休息、短途旅居完全能夠滿足需求。 不足之處較為明顯：自駕出行停車資源緊張，車位排布緊湊，找尋與停放車輛耗時較多。樓宇電梯與寫字樓共用，工作日早高峯時段上班族集中乘梯，排隊等候時間偏長，趕行程時容易造成不便。 綜合來看，適合非自駕、不趕早高峯的旅客入住，建議自駕客人提前抵達預留停車時間，晨起出行儘量錯峯使用電梯，期待酒店後續能優化這兩處配套問題。 酒店圖忘記拍了，來兩張風景圖。

Pros: The hotel’s location is excellent for business travelers, with a large supermarket just 1.1 km away (within walking distance). The bed is comfortable, ensuring a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay. The facilities are well-maintained and fully functional, even though the style is a bit old-fashioned. The front desk staff are very helpful — although their English is limited, they made great efforts to assist using a translation app. Thanks to their enthusiasm, I was able to book trips to Ta’er Temple and Qilian Temple. I was really impressed by their willingness to help. breakfast and coffee are delicious .I love it. Cons: Although it’s supposed to be a non-smoking floor, it’s hard to avoid the smell of cigarette smoke.

I chose Park Plaza as it was convenient to both the train station and airport. The price was also excellent value for money. My train from Lhasa arrived at 6.30am and I caught a taxi the short distance to Park Plaza without issue. I checked in around 7am and was shown my room. It was beautiful, very spacious with a large window, and it also had a freestanding bath. Unfortunately I could smell cigarette smoke, which is not uncommon in Chinese hotels. I asked for a different room and was immediately shown one . This room was identical but the bed covers were a children's design and there were some toys and teepee in one corner . I simply folded the bright yellow covers down and had a lovely tasteful decor again. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was very quiet. The buffet was beyond excellent and the head chef and his small team were very friendly and attentive. Clearly they were very proud of their fabulous buffet and presentation....as they should be. It was my best in China.. I found a lovely walking trail behind the hotel beside the river, 5 mins away. The area in general was nice to wander around, very different from my stay in the centre of city when on my way to Tibet. I will most definitely choose Park Plaza when I return to Xining.

酒店老闆娘經營管理有方，服務理念好，雖然大樓外觀看上去有點年代感，但房間設施齊全，看上去很新，寬敞乾淨明亮，乾濕分離，位置在市中心，免費停車，周圍吃飯逛街購物十分方便。酒店早餐在這個價位應該是非常豐富不錯的了。前台小妹服務員小李服務熱情周到，我説睡眠不好就從6樓升級到了11樓，加了15元合計房費205元，不僅安靜而且景觀很美，酒店已停暖，我有點着涼怕冷，小李就送了一台電暖氣到房間，還贈送了茶歇。住這個酒店性價比很高，值得推薦！

You can go to wangfujing department store by walking from the hotel… the receptionist is very humble.. will help you anything you ask for👍🏻👍🏻the picture is the view from our room..

A welcome sight not far from where the Airport bus drops. 12 minutes walk to the main railway station - if you like steep stairs on the underpass. Convenient walk to Dogguan Mosque site, local restaurants and City Mall. Grandiose lobby (where you check in) is on the 21st floor. Many facilities on different floors, but most seemed shuttered and unavailable. Hallway and room were in excellent condition. Nice room layout and view of the city. However, shower room light would not turn off at night. Study desk was a bit wobbly. Muslim Specialty restaurant has a high end menu but the sofas are not suited for dining, I think. Hotel's free vegetarian breakfast buffet was very tasty.

For the price the room has everything, clean and comfortable bed, warm water shower and all amenities in bathroom. Enough space for luggage, big desk, comfy chair and plenty of different lamps monitored from bed. I did not use wifi but router in room is functioning. There is air humidifier and water kettle. Location is very good. A 30 min walk to the town square and shopping street. 10 min taxi to train station and airport bus. Excuse my mess om the photos ;) I had a long flight from Stockholm Sweden.
