前台免費給升級了商務標間，也沒有告訴我們，我們進去還在説房間挺大的。入住有酸奶和小糕點，衞生非常不錯，雖然沒有空調但是對我我這種耐熱的人來説完全可以接受，免費接送機很方便，而且因為我和朋友不同時間走，酒店還特別安排了兩趟去機場。早餐是我整個青甘大環線下來吃得最不趕種類也最豐富的一次了，很喜歡，以後有機會還會再來西寧的。

The staff members were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable from the moment I arrived. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns, the service team consistently exceeded my expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. Furthermore, I would like to recognize the Back Office Depar**ent for their behind-the-scenes efforts in maintaining the hotel's operations seamlessly. From housekeeping to administrative tasks, their commi**ent to excellence contributed significantly to the overall positive experience during my two-Day stay. The Boli Yabu Hotel's convenient location, coupled with its modern amenities and attentive staff, made my business trip to Xining both productive and enjoyable. The proximity to key attractions such as the Qinghai Province Museum, Xining Wildlife Zoo, and Plateau Pearl Sightseeing Tower further enhanced my stay, allowing me to explore the beauty of the city in my downtime. 因為原先要預訂的酒店沒雙床房了，臨時在附近找了這家酒店旅途中轉，離高鐵站10多公里，打車大概20多分鐘吧。酒店有停車場，附近是個商業區，有好多酒店和購物店 ，樓下傍邊20米就有夜市小吃，萬達也很近，購物和吃飯都很方便。不想出去購物的話，點外賣也很快，還可以直接送到房間。早餐在一樓有面、餛飩、雞蛋、牛奶、豆漿、稀飯、蔬菜等。此次衹訂到雙床房，但前台服務熱情，還額外贈送了孩子的早餐券。樓層總共有4樓，豪華雙床房大小也可以 ，衞生間是乾濕分離還蠻大的，有浴缸也有淋浴房。價格在暑期來説也不貴，總體還不錯。

We had a very nice stay in this Hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. They were able to provide information needed. The room was also nice and spacious. It’s comfortable to go around the city because the location is convenient. Thank you Qinghai Hotel for accommodating us.🤗

The rooms at the Sofitel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the well-appointed bathroom offered all the necessary amenities. The hotel's dining options were equally impressive. The on-site restaurant served a wide variety of delicious local and international cuisines. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, offering a generous selection of dishes to satisfy all tastes. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's bar. One highlight of my stay was the attentiveness and genuine care shown by the hotel staff. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.

環境：位置很好，就在南川河旁邊，從火車站坐公交也就20分鐘，酒店旁三角花園東站有909公交直達塔爾寺，周邊也有公交到博物館動物園，一下樓步行幾分鐘到興海路，在那裡可以滿足所以吃喝選項，距離王府井百貨也是步行十分鐘以內。 設施：非常新的酒店，從大堂到電梯間到客房都是嶄新的，樓道地毯看不到污漬，房間也不會有煙味。配套有健身房泳池，至少4星級以上標準。酒店的隔音處理不錯，幾乎聽不懂旁邊出入開門的聲音。床品非常舒適。 服務：工作人員訓練有素，辦理入住跟退房都很迅速。配給的礦泉水跟茶包一點不含糊，青海本地的礦泉水很好，晚上還贈送了兩份當地產酸奶，這一點已經超過了某件5星級酒店就給兩瓶冰露。 整體非常滿意，也會推薦給他人，希望能保持住衞生環境。

此次青甘線環線旅遊吃住最滿意的酒店！10.1日到達西寧，馬上搜尋五星級酒店，衝著附近有大型商場方便孩子買玩具、新開業、且位於西寧CBD中心毅然選擇訂這家酒店！酒店高端大氣，房間景觀非常好，設施設備非常齊全，服務員都熱情服務周到，特別是員工崔睿鈺，辦入住時加了她微信，她很熱情、耐心，她推薦了酒店的中餐廳，味道真的好，價格不貴，那個手抓羊是我整個旅程最好吃的手抓羊！崔小姐為我解決了住宿的問題、介紹附近景點、當地特色網紅店，退房後還跟進退保證金的事情！我是6號飛機，5號計劃住西寧，一直都想覆住酒店，幸好有崔小姐提醒我房間訊息，才能訂上5號的房間，5號晚入住時酒店原來已滿房了。一般我都不喜歡點評的，衝著這個店和專業熱情服務的崔小姐，我就寫幾筆！非常滿意這個酒店，也感謝崔小姐這位酒店管理專才，讓我這趟西寧旅程有了美好記憶！

為了第二天去塔爾寺選的這家維也納酒店，沒想到意外地驚喜。晚上十一點才到的，前台小姐姐看我們很疲憊，主動給升級了家庭房，還多送了一份早餐。房間乾淨寬敞，設施齊全，空間足夠一家三口放行李。關鍵衞生間有放大化粧鏡！！！美美睡了一晚，滿血復活！早餐種類也很豐富。服務員，保安，保潔人員都很和藹親切。感覺花快捷酒店的價格享受了星級酒店的服務，超值！

Good locale. Service staff excellent! Breakfast spread worth the value. Hotel changes their menu and not repeat all the same items. However they should look into the coffee bean maker as it was really slow to churn out a good cup of coffee! Could be that the piping needs to be checked or even cleaned out!? Overall, it was a good experience. Hallway to the rooms lighting uses sensor, which perhaps need to be adjusted, as it requires heavy stomping of the feet to light up. Thanks!

酒店地理位置好，交通方便,停車免費，前台服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，還免費升級房型，房間很舒適 乾淨 整潔 很安逸，隔音效果不錯，總體很棒,下次還會再來入住。非常滿意哦
