Ulasan Heyi Hotel (Xining Shuijing Alley Wangfujing Branch)

We booked last minute and we were pleased with the room arrangement, which perfectly accommodated our family of 5. ⭐️The room was clean and equipped. ⭐️Perfect location, easy transportation. ⭐️Staff is extremely kind and helpful. 😉Breakfast room gets crowded, however we were promptly informed at check in and given options to get food from the buffet and eat it elsewhere. Note: we only had breakfast at the hotel once and we were able to find seats and food. We usually left the hotel before breakfast for our excursions. 😕Elevators get crowded at rush hours, which might mean long waiting time. 😕Individuals smoking in common area. ❗️Those two points are not really due to hotel management, since the building hosts several other businesses. For this same reason, hygiene standards in the common areas are not up to rooms’ standards. It was not a big deal for us at all. It is a good choice for active travelers! @ strategic location 天府井，surrounding areas are full with all the attractive food and shopping mall. Room is big and comfortable. Got 2 in 1 washing machine & dryer @ 24F. Recommended.

The hotel is old; there was mould all over the bathroom. Dust was an inch deep outside the window. The breakfast was terrible; nothing was to our taste, and we are not very picky eaters. To get th=o the hotel, we had to pass a public toilet, and the smells were always present. I would advise my friends to keep away.

Centrally located in a high rise building but busy. The room is small and breakfast is served with a budget hotel. Food is basic and and seats are crowded. What troubled me is my prepaid online advanced booking for a business room. When checked in at 9pm, front desk could not find my booking and took 20 minutes to find out the back office had made a mistake. My prepaid business room was occupied by another guest and I was given a standard room without any compensation. As it's late in the evening, I have no choice but accepted it. The hotel owed me an explanation

I guess we were in the non-smoking floor, but the elevator and corridor smelled bad. The breakfast is messy in a small room, but you can taste local food

great location / easy access to the nearby underground mall and food street.

For the price this is a very reasonable hotel with a nice location. The best thing about our stay here was definitely the staff, who were super nice and helpful. The rooms are also of good size. We only checked in here to get a few hours of daytime rest before travelling onwards, but I would have no problem spending the night here as well :)

It has nothing to do with the hotel but guests on my floor were so noisy. Ruined the whole experience. Would’ve been nice if someone asked them to keep quiet.

故地重遊西寧，還是一如既往地住這家店，除了地理位置方便之外，最大的優點就是服務的貼心，上次還是冬天來，告訴我們外出冷，多穿衣服。這次夏天來，得知我們要去青海湖，也提醒我們多穿衣服，感覺西寧這出門就得多穿衣服不分季節[偷笑][偷笑][偷笑]，不虧稱為中國夏都！

二刷這家店了，雖然電梯慢，但是瑕不掩瑜，酒店貼心的服務給人印象深刻，特別是辦理入住的時候對於外地客人的温馨提示天氣怎麼樣，海拔高建議帶上氧氣瓶去，幸虧聽了他們的建議，同行有個小孩就高反難受，我們及時拿出來氧氣瓶緩解很多，大大大的點贊。還有房間的温馨提示很好，告訴我電梯等待時間，起提前出發了，不然按照我原本時間是要耽誤車程的，為這一提前預知的提示點贊。

這次入住體驗感真的很不錯，入住之前員工提前打電話聯繫了我們，詢問了一些需求，加了微信後又推薦了酒店附近的地道美食。酒店位置挺方便的，附近商超餐廳都蠻多的，到酒店後姓汪的經理熱情歡迎了我們，酒店員工給我們安排了安靜的房間，總體入住體驗很不錯，下次再來還會選擇

暑假跟小夥伴來西北大環線入住的寶藏酒店，位置好，旁邊就是水井巷，王府井也有很多好吃的西北菜，嘻嘻～酒店乾淨衞生，床品睡着很虛浮～退房時遇到酒店店長，親切專業帥氣～跟我們説了很多環線攻略和注意事項，還送了超級無敵好喝的青海酸奶奶～愛了愛了，加了微信，青海真的是一次去不夠的地方，下次還會來

房間比較熱，前台在辦理入住的時候就提醒沒有空調，還給配備了空調扇，為這種預見性的服務點贊！晚上還是比較涼快的，穿短袖都冷！房間也比較乾淨，洗漱用品一看就是他們平台統一採購的，因為我住過他們的直營店，東西是一樣的，這樣的東西有保障！
